The hamlet of Crec’h Mordo is 1.5km from the Medieval town, situated on the estuary/river Trieux and is close to many beautiful beaches from Paimpol and Trestel (20 minutes), to the Pink Granite Coast (40 minutes). The cottages have been renovated to a very high standard and offer comfortable accommodation. The town and its port offer a wide selection of restaurants, shops and a weekly market.

Our 200 m2 villa consists of three bedrooms, including a master bedroom adjoining a dressing room and its private bathroom and another bathroom with showers and sinks, both equipped, an open kitchen, with a dining area, a dining room and an open living room with pool and terrace views. Relax in a beautiful wellness and aquatic area, also including a sauna and an air-conditioned indoor pool with a shower adjoining the pool.

Our place is a former farm outbuilding converted into a studio. The one-hectare landscaped garden welcomes you. We are located next to Pontrieux, a small town of character and Paimpol, a small fishing and boating port. Ideally located to visit more than 100 kilometers of coastline from Binic via the island of Bréhat to Perros-Guirec, all these points can be visited by driving a minimum of 30 minutes on average.

Although it has long since lost its thatched roof, we wanted to keep its rusticity while integrating today's comforts. As an extension to the garden of the house, the nearby field is organically cultivated by us.
