Le Chantier d'Ernest – 4-bedroom waterfront loft

In 2016, the old shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make it a 3-bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. With its feet in the water, the site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the hangar... ideal for aperitif time! :) A sea view jacuzzi for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the hiking trails of Carantec. We welcome you as if you were at home!

Le Petit Vilar

Le Petit Vilar is an old outbuilding recently renovated in a very quiet and wooded site. The entire property is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes away by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its café-grocery store, Romanesque and Baroque church and Liberty tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

Charming house in small port, sea view

Charming little house for 5 people, in the heart of the cute little port of Dourduff-en-Mer, a few kilometers from the village of Plouézoc'h which has all the amenities (supermarket with an excellent butcher, bakery, restaurants). Morlaix city center is 6 km away. The house is a few meters from the sea and hiking (GR34) and mountain biking trails. Golf, thalassotherapy, nautical center, restaurants nearby. The house is quiet with a sunny terrace.

A wide view of the big blue to contemplate whatever the season, private access to the sea, are the undeniable assets of this house located on a remarkable, wild and preserved site. The house offers exceptional 180° ocean views and gives you the incredible feeling of being on a boat with stunning views of Stérec Island and Château du Taureau. Living daily in front of the sea and the continuous ballet of boats like a life-size masterpiece: a must!

Nice little Breton house for four people, with two bedrooms, one on the ground floor. Very well located for a varied stay, its garden lined with trees and a hiking trail joining the Dourduff River and the GR 34 to discover the bay of Morlaix and its wild coast. Located 500 m from the center of the coastal village of Plouezoc'h and its shops, the beaches are 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike. 8 km from Morlaix (Paris-Brest TGV station)

Kermaria is a tiny, warm, very quiet and well-equipped holiday home with a large tree-lined garden. Discover the bay of Morlaix and shine in Finistère from a house that we try to make as nice, practical and cozy as possible. Dourduff harbour is down the road, Térénez 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Morlaix also 10 minutes away by the magnificent river road. Plouézoc'h and its local shops are 400m away.

The La Pommeraie-Avalon gîte is nestled in a green and quiet setting close to the sea (one of the rooms has a sea view). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

This house is perched on the heights of the coastal path. A small road turning into a path will reveal a magnificent panorama of the bay of Morlaix: the Château du Taureau, the Black Island, the oyster beds, Carantec. Its veranda allows you to enjoy the view whatever the weather, inside you will find all the comfort in summer and winter thanks to the fireplace.

Bright yurt 2 km from the sea

Our contemporary yurt is nestled in the hollow of an orchard, 2 km from the sea. With a surface area of 40 m2, its large skylight and bay window make it a very bright accommodation. It is very well insulated, with a wood-burning stove, for cozy evenings by the fire all year round. The bedding was changed in March 2024 and is very comfortable.
