Located in a green and quiet area, between land & sea, close to beaches, we welcome you in an authentic and carefully restored setting: a typical farmhouse of the Pays du Trégor, 56 m² ideal for 2 people (maximum 4), comfortable, with landscaped exteriors. Less than 1 km from the GR34, on the edge of the Vélomaritime, on the heights of the Pointe de Runglaz, 4 min. drive to the beaches and 6 min. to the shops. On site, possibility of equestrian reception with 650 m² quarry, stable and 2 boxes.

La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Dourduff harbour is down the road, Térénez 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Morlaix also 10 minutes away by the magnificent river road. Plouézoc'h and its local shops are 400m away.

The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.
