This family lodging is near to all tourist destinations and local commodities. Situated in the centre of town, it is near to many bars, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for exploring local towns and interests, for example the lovely town of Morlaix, the Arrée mountains and the pink granite coast. New as of the 2025 season : parking available at the property! Following external works, from now on there is a private parking spot directly in front of the house.

This 34 m2 lodge is ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people. The Swedish owner has been able to provide a "cozy" decoration where well-being is evident. The fully private accommodation benefits from a very pleasant and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Bedding is located on the mezzanine. You have free access to the sauna and a fire pit. The parking lot is equipped with electric terminals to recharge your vehicle.

Welcome to this house for 6 people ideally located to visit Finistère. You can easily get to Morlaix to stroll through the old alleys or take in the city from the Viaduct. Also discover the towns of Saint Pol de Léon for its cathedral, Roscoff for its casino and thalassotherapy, and make a stopover on the Île de Batz. Just minutes from the Air Base. Discover also the parish enclosures, splendid monuments of the 16th century.

Enjoy easy access to all the sites to visit in Finistère from this perfectly located home base. It is located less than 20 minutes from the first beaches. Free parking is available at the foot of the residence. Carrefour City is just a 2-minute walk, as is the first bakery. The Landivisiau market is present every Wednesday, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
