Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. "Chez Gaston" is a typical Breton house located in an old farmhouse. Quiet in the countryside, less than 10 minutes from the coast (Dunes de Keremma, GR34 and the beaches) and the city of Lesneven where you will find all amenities. The house, refurbished in 2021, is fully equipped with new furniture and bedding. Bed linens and bath towels are available. Baby equipment upon request.
