Depuis Juin 2023 classement meublé de tourisme 2 étoiles Au carrefour de destinations proches : Lannion ; la Côte de Granit Rose et le village de Ploumanac'h ; Tréguier et sa cathédrale, Paimpol, l'Ile de Bréhat mais aussi Morlaix, Roscoff ... Chemins de randonnées et GR34 à proximité pour des balades jusqu'à la mer La région offre de multiples possibilités.

Gîte Gai Matin

Profitez en groupe de ce gite qui offre de bons moments en perspective. Prévu pour réunions de famille, amis, clubs, motards, randonneurs etc… Ce gîte rénové est conçu pour être un endroit convivial chaleureux. A 4 km de la mer, à proximité de la côte de granit rose, Lannion, Perros Guirec, Ploumanach, Paimpol, Morlaix, Roscoff, partez faire une promenade dans notre magnifique campagne, après une journée bien remplie retrouvez vous pour un barbecue ou une soirée tranquille autour d’un feu.

Longère de Pen An Nec'h

Vous séjournerez dans une grande longère (100 mètre carré) à la campagne au bout d'un chemin privé. A 1 km vous trouverez toutes les commodités (supermarché, pharmacie, station service , boulangerie) et à 3 km le centre ville de Lannion. Vous serez à 5 km de la mer et à 15 minutes de la côté de granit rose. La maison se compose de 2 chambres, 4 lits ( draps fournis ), salle de bain, WC, cuisine, salon, mezzanine, grands espaces extérieurs avec jeux d'enfants. Entrée en autonome possible.

The little house...

Single-family home with equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Access to the bedroom by a staircase (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel and Trébeurden accessible, in 15 minutes by car, the entire Pink Granite coast to discover, it's just very beautiful. Bienvenue dans notre gîte Lo confortable et lumineux, entièrement refait à neuf dans un cadre verdoyant et idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de tout ce que la région a à offrir : plages ensoleillées, sentiers de randonnée pittoresques et trésors culturels à découvrir. A Seulement 5 minutes du site remarquable du Yaudet, 5 minutes de Lannion et 20 minutes de la côte de Granit Rose, il est le point de départ rêvé pour des vacances alliant détente, randonnée et découvertes.

Gîte de Lezenor

Lezenor was a traditional Breton farm. You will stay in the renovated house, in the countryside, in a very quiet hamlet. The sea is very close: 3 km GR 34: 5 km from the Yaudet site: 8 km from the port of Locquémeau: 10 km from the bay of Saint Efflam: 15 km from the Pink Granite coast and many other places that we will be happy to show you. Lannion and its large Thursday market are within walking distance (30 min). You will find a hypermarket 1 km away and our home 400 m away.

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

Idéalement située entre terre et mer, cette maison entièrement restaurée en 2021 vous offre les meilleures conditions pour de belles vacances en famille. La mer et les sentiers de randonnée (GR 34) sont très proches : 1,5 km du site du Yaudet, 6 km des plages de Locquémeau, 15 km de la côte de granit rose (Trébeurden, Trégastel, Perros-Guirec …). 6 km du centre-ville de Lannion, 4 km d’une zone commerciale.

Maison de vacances

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.
