The apartment, bright, is nestled upstairs under sloping ceilings (limited height), bedroom on one side and equipped kitchen on the other. On the ground floor: independent entrance hall including the private shower room. The ground floor includes a common space with another cottage.

Whether you come to Brest for work, for a concert or for a few days of vacation, Ty Ni is the ideal anchor to discover Brest, the Iroise region and northern Finistère.

In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views.
