Vartan was very helpful and very responsive with any questions, the apartment was just as described and was about a 10 minute walk from the ancient theatre which suited us perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

Very responsive host by phone without problems... maybe a visit would have been nice to us... But well we stayed there only two nights 3 days... For everything else superb functional accommodation clean well-equipped... On the first floor... At the top close to everything... Small shop a few steps away... Thank you again to recommend...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emil's condo. The location was prime for exploring the Kapana District. For those that need quiet at night, the adjacent clubs do stay open late on the weekends. The condo was cozy and provided enough space for 5 people. Several close-by options for parking were provided to us, which was very helpful. Emil was very responsive when we reached out.

A lot of thought, care, and expense has gone into fitting out this apartment. Everything is tastefully chosen, good quality. Everything you could concievably want is here. Pillows are great (this is one of the most important points in an Airbnb for me). The sofa is very comfortable. The aircon/heater works perfectly. All the kitchenware looks brand new and high quality. I honestly cannot find fault with anything here. It is perfect. Kreme clearly knows what she is doing!! Also parking is very convenient (dedicated space off the street), and walkable to the old town.

Good place. Well maintained. private and away from busy streets and still closed to some of the places of interest in Plovdiv. Hosts are responsive and helpful.

Leslie was very helpful! Communication was perfect. My parents got everything they needed during their stay. The place is good: there are two swimming pools, shops, cafes and a beach.

We booked this place for two nights whilst in Plovdiv for a show at the Amphitheater and were really impressed! Check in was super easy, just make sure you read the instructions ahead of time and it’s very easy to find. Parking was on a street behind the building which may be busy depending on your time of arrival, but we had no issues and other parking was available nearby in a pinch. The apartment is furnished beautifully and feels like home. The AC in each room is 10/10 and the beds were super comfy. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice base in Plovdiv!

Great choice! Clean, peaceful location, close to downtown. Easy access to the apartment, parking space, quiet area. There is a shop and bakery nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. For lovers of hiking in the mountains, quick and easy access to trails. On a next visit to the city, we won't hesitate where to stay! P.s.: the place is extremely suitable for people with small children.

Very nice and clean flat. Easy communication and check-in. The location fits perfectly our needs so next time it will definitely be our first choice. The private parking spot is huge benefit.
