Located on the crossroads of Central Ave & Plymouth St (Hwy 3). 4 Boutique Hotel Rooms, each with its own unique decor and style. In the upper level of The Central Event Center. Parking is conveniently located on main street during the day and evening parking in a lot located directly behind the building. Suites are located on the 2nd level. NO ELEVATOR The Opera features a jewel studded king size bed, large smart TV, oversized jewel studded chair, and a table and chair set. The suite has a kitchenette including a refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, and utensils for light cooking! Each stay includes our favorite coffee from the North, Caribou Coffee with your own Keurig coffee maker, an assortment of tea’s, snacks, bottle of water, popcorn and Lindt Chocolate! The bathroom has a shower comes fully stocked with linens, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and hair dryer.

Stay in the Ice Cream Capital of the World, a few blocks from the Parlor, across the street from food, coffee, & laundry. King bedroom on the main floor, plus an open 2 bedroom dormer upstairs with 4 single beds to provide sleeping space for 6 people. Arcade games & reading nook, plus treadmill, handweights, & yoga mat. We do ask that you respect our limit of 6 unless agreed upon beforehand. We will look at security camera footage if more guests are suspected and charge accordingly.

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Spend your stay in a little history at The Block. Built in 1911 by John Groth, this studio apartment has elements of the original John Deere and later Ford factory including the original hardwood flooring, brick wall, and high ceilings. Most of the furnishings are comprised of reclaimed lumber from the dismantled car elevator. Historic photos of the building are throughout the common hallways for a trip back in time.
