The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. The area was clean and we felt very safe. It was decorated with taste. Great large TV.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tim’s home! The area is wonderful and the house was exactly as described. We appreciated that this felt like someone’s home, and only wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area better. We had no issues at all, but it is worth noting that the spiral staircase to the bedrooms could prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Jacks place is off the beaten path but close enough to everything Boston has to offer! We loved staying here. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved staying at Rebecca's place. It's in a great location to walk to nice spots. We felt safe, even walking late at night. She warned us ahead of time about the parking, but we are the people who always have a rental car even if there's mass transit available. It was a bit of a challenge to find parking spots and you have to move your car every two hours unless it's the night or weekend. Honestly, it wasn't too bad… I'm just not used to doing that personally. We felt like the car was safe, and we never saw a single person who lived in the brownstone. Keep in mind that it is on the fifth floor and there's not an elevator, so if you have knee problems, you might want to find a place closer to the ground. We loved everything about this place and it's laid out adorably. She has enough things in there that it seems homey, but not so much stuff that you feel crowded. It was absolutely wonderful and the perfect spot to come back to after a big day! 5 star

This condo is a gem in the center of America’s Hometown where we immediately felt right at home. It is well appointed, clean, bright & cheery and has everything you could possibly need! Our Host was very hospitable and checked in with us a few times during our visit to see if we needed anything. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommended 👍

This place did great for our small group. The location is perfect, the house instructions were easy, and checkout was a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea (nice touch!) and the bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other amenities. I would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great stay at this South Boston condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Convention Center, and the Seaport area, making getting around the city extremely simple. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The main bedroom was quiet and had a great work setup with a desk. The lower bunk bed is set directly on the floor, which actually worked out well—smaller adults in our group found it comfy and easy to sleep on. Parking was limited, but we found street parking without much trouble. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-located spot—we’d definitely stay here again!

The place was neat and clean and the host is extremely friendly and respectful. Caution: The apt is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator so if you're travelling with family or for a long vacation be prepared to carry your suitcases up those stairs.

The place was stunning and close to Boston Commons and all the tourist attractions. Jay was wonderful and came over to greet us and talk about all the amenities and getting around Boston. We loved the place and looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic spot in South Boston!! Clean, spacious, within walking distance of so many great restaurants! Would 100% recommend and stay there again!!

My daughter and I arrived slightly early and I asked if I could possibly arrive a little early and the answer was absolutely yes! We could drop off our luggage since they were still in the midst of cleaning from earlier guests and this was greatly appreciated. We were even recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance (Lincoln Tavern). Once we were able to check in we noticed the water pressure was excellent and the apartment appeared extremely clean and looked like the photos. The neighborhood has plenty of amenities and good coffee shops with pastries. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Boston. Please note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Place was amazing and so nice to stay at after a long road trip. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to make a home cooked meal and Melanie was super responsive to all of our needs! the beach is a quick walk away. Great place to stay!

Andy’s place was a perfect stay for a vacation getaway. He was very responsive, and his unit was true to the pictures. I would highly recommend this home for a future stay.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Beautiful stay. It’s a Time Share type place so you have to bring any and all spices and basics like sugar and salt.

Very pleasant stay! Nice value, size and layout for our family of 5 (3 young kids). 2nd floor unit, accessible via stairs. Area is quiet and secluded, but very close to everything you would want to do in and around Falmouth (drive times: ~8 mins to downtown area, 7-15 mins to nice beaches, 7-10 mins to parking/shuttle for Martha’s Vineyard ferries, ~20 mins to Woods Hole). Kitchen is well appointed—we cooked half of our week’s meals. Community pool was well maintained, has deep end down to ~8ft and shallow at 3ft, and has ample tables/umbrellas/loungers. Very friendly neighbors and very responsive/gracious hosts. Would stay again!

Great place and location!

Luisa was very responsive to any questions we had. Her place is cute and cozy, very quiet, but everything we wanted to do was close by.
