Jan’s place was quiet and peaceful but just a quick few steps to all the sites and action. We had a great time during our spontaneous weekend in Plzeň and would stay here again.

The location of the apartment to the city center is optimal. We were able to enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. Garage excellent, everything was very clean. Everything we needed was in stock. Communication was smooth. There are several good breakfast places nearby. The city is quite nice.

I'm going to be nitpicky here. It's in a quite busy area and there was a window that was not fully closable, like 98% closable, so there was probably a chance for it to be a tiny bit quieter, there was also a relatively quiet bell that you'd hear during your whole stay EVERY HOUR including DURING THE NIGHT.. I'd also appreciate a kitchen sponge but I guess there was a dishwasher with multiple tabs ready for you. I just like to clean up my mess I guess. Would appreciate more toilet paper next time and lastly, the shower isn't properly sealed so you'll probably find at least a tiny bit of water on the floor after your shower that leaked from 1 of the 3 corners. All and all I enjoyed my stay, expected a bit more for the price.

Definitely the most beautiful accommodation in Pilsen and its surroundings. The apartment is modern, clean and in an amazing location right in the heart of Pilsen! Everything is close. We had dinner at the Pilsner Urquell factory, but there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The Plaza shopping center and Pilsen Zoo are also nearby and definitely worth a visit. We were also extremely satisfied with the parking space inside the building. We can definitely only highly recommend it!

PUNTA is very friendly, check-in is very convenient, the house is very new and clean, 100 meters from the city center, I will come again next time I have the chance.

Easy check-in, great apartment, quiet location, direct parking in front of the door. Martina always responded quickly. I would have to think long and hard to write down what I/we did not like. Always happy to come back!

Modern equipped apartment. Parking in the immediate vicinity. Good bus connection to downtown. A small supermarket and a beautiful playground are not far away. We enjoyed it and we would book this apartment again.

best location in pilsen! (and large window is soundproofed, so noise from square isn't a problem.) comfy bed, great shower water pressure, safe and central location. loved my stay here.

A few small things like the pin didn't match the exact location. Otherwise great. The place was directly connected to the convention center where I had appointments.

We were looking for an apartment with a pool that is not directly in the city, but from which you can easily reach the city. That's exactly what we found in this apartment. It is quiet and spacious. The pool is large (10m long and 1.8m or 1.2m deep). The apartment consists of the upper floor of the house as described. This does not have its own access, but you use the hallway of the area inhabited by Petr and his wife. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back if necessary.
