My stay at Célia's house was excellent! From the beginning, she was extremely polite, attentive and helpful — always available to answer questions, give recommendations for places and ensure that everything went well. A great host! Check-in was super easy, with clear instructions and the house is very well located, close to the center. It was easy to find and I felt at home from the first moment. The house was very clean, organized and fully equipped, with all kitchen items, towels in the bathroom, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave, barbecue and other amenities that made all the difference in the stay. The property is exactly as in the photos, in a safe, quiet region and close to the main tourist attractions of the city. There is a pharmacy, market, bakery and restaurants all nearby, which allowed us to do everything on foot. It was very worth it and, for sure, I would come back on a next visit and stay at the house again!

Great house, large and spacious, well lit. Quiet place, we feel safe. Suitable for those who are by car to facilitate travel, as there is no near trade. The house has a garage, but we found it more convenient to leave the cars on the street in front of the house and it was super quiet. Rita received us personally, provided mineral water and basic items.

My family and I are very happy with the choice of this house. Host Mariely is very attentive and kind. She made an effort to meet all our demands and even got a crib for our baby (we were extremely grateful for that). The house is super complete, spacious and comfortable. Located in a neighborhood close to the center, familiar and perfect for those who like a quiet environment. Finally, on behalf of my family, I would like to thank host Mariely, and say that we look forward to returning.

Our stay was wonderful, accommodating very well a couple, a baby and a medium-sized dog. The house is comfortable and functional, with a unique and tasteful/playful decoration. Although we do not have a usable garage, we are able to park our car on the street every day, even though it is a holiday. A highlight for the hostess, who has treated us exceptionally well since the time of booking, with tips on restaurants and activities, flexible check in and check out and a lovely treat when welcoming us. The light and positive energy of both the home and its owner certainly made a difference in our trip. 🤍

I loved the place and ended up booking for another day. The city has many tourist spots to visit and a structure that is not far behind the big metropolises, but without the violence characteristic of the big centers. I will return more often.

We really enjoyed staying with Leonardo in his lovely home in Poços de Caldas. It is a quiet neighborhood and further away from the center, the house is integrated with nature and the orchard is full of fruit, outdoor kitchen the way we like it, ideal for couples!

The place was exactly like the photos, we came with everything clean and organized. The instructions from the host were great as well. The Local is well located, close to everything you need. Great space for a group of people and also has a swimming pool. I highly recommend the accommodation!

Bianca is a great host, very helpful, super accessible. She helped me with questions about Uber and others. The house is impeccable, super clean, super attentive condominium employee and the location is great.

Camila's apartment is delicious. Arejado, the view is beautiful, quiet. We love our stay! Camila is very attentive, relaxed the checkout, was always present to any questions or requests from us. It's quick to go downtown, very quiet. It has a large pros Pets space, the Luck, our golden, loved it. I also consider a very positive point, the fact that we only found very nice people in the condominium, including the employees. It was worth it! We hope to come back again.

Great apartment, very faithful photos and description and very polite host.

The Loft is beautiful, organizing and with everything we need to rest. I do not recommend it for young children under 5 years old as the mezzanine is difficult to get around and the ladder dangerous. But it very well accommodates a family of 4,being older children and the couple. The part of the condominium is a place show. Patos, chickens, birds and the leisure area is WONDERFUL (MULTIMILLION HEATED POOL) with Jacuzzi. I could spend 1 month or live without any problems. Is one of the Airbnb that indico. From the condominium to the center is a 15-minute walk.

Wonderful place, had everything we needed super recommend. My family already wants to return in 2026. Amamos was all we needed. We enjoyed it, rested, we went to the center for a walk. It was all sensational

The apartment is brand new, everything was clean and organized. Easy access and close to the center. Paula is very solicitous, always responding quickly to messages. I highly recommend the apartment.

The stay was excellent, but it needs minor adjustments. The suite's bathroom with very little water and no box/curtain. Missing blackout in the 2 bedroom windows, as the windows are glass, when dawn is very clear. In the kitchen, cups, cups and background dishes are missing. The rest, everything's great. Mr Edson and his wife are great. The place is beautiful, very quiet, very organized, with clean bed and bath linens. We will return for sure.

The apartment is extremely clean, functional and cozy, quite faithful to the listing. Super well located, the market on the ground floor provided all our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and general commerce. Host Karla and her husband have always been very kind, attentive and helpful, helping us with all questions and giving us tips from local services. Apartamento BOM with 2 suites, with basic household utensils, coffee maker and Air fryer available. Building with great gym and pool, but since it was cold we did not use the pool . Good parking and location near the main square. We felt at ease, like at home. There was no fan, maybe in the summer it would be good. But in that period it was not necessary, the weather was great.

New, cozy apartment, everything very clean and tidy, no noise around.

The apartment is perfect 👏🏻 had everything we needed and is close to everything in the city. It accommodates very well 4/5 people peacefully. Cozy house, quiet place and at the same time close to Balneário de Pocinhos (I recommend the baths and massages). Excellent choice to be with family or friends.
