Ivan went above and beyond by meeting us at check-in, show us where to park and help us carry our lugging down the many steps (great daily workout!) The location and views of the house are stunning. The direct access to the beach and use of paddle board were a great way for the kids to stay busy, as were the pool & jacuzzi! We had a great time - very relaxing. Nice restaurants at a 10-15 min drive. Kitchen was fully stocked, showers had shampoo, bathroom paper etc.. We were able to relax right of the bet before having to get to a supermarket:) Great place to stay!

The villa was nice, big and clean. We had everything what we needed. The environment and nature was beautiful and peaceful. Beach was clean and sea was clear and beautiful. The host was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Thank you for the stay, we enjoyed it very much.

What a fabulous place. Thank you Kresmir. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful and very comfortable apartment just steps away from the sea. We didn't want to leave. The kitchen was brand new and had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable with nice bedding and great black out shutters for a great sleep. Kresimir was so kind and even took my husband fishing and gave him lots of tips. We cooked his catch on the fabulous bbq. it was idyllic. I would highly recommend.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The location is very central, but still private and with a quiet atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing retreat! The house is modern, well equipped and lovingly furnished. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful! I was particularly impressed by the outdoor area, which invited us to sit together in the evening. The short distance to the many great restaurants in Rogoznica is also wonderful! The beach is also only a 10-minute walk away. Absolutely recommended!

A beautiful house in a idyllic quiet location. Lots of space and the use of the jetty made it extra special. Great hosts who proactively went to help and answer any questions posed.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. We (Irish couple early 50s) stayed here for 8 nights in early September 2024 and we LOVED it! The view from the balcony of course is the star of the show but the apartment itself is fantastic! It’s modern and clean and very comfortable. A couple of evenings were chilly and the apartment was warm and cosy, and there were fleece throws provided so we could still sit on the balcony. The apartment is probably the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed in, all the basics provided like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee pods, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning equipment, very generous. There was also a bottle of wine & water in the fridge the night we arrived which was really appreciated. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need to cook a dinner, which we did a couple of evenings. An incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a delicious lunch waiting for us—such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture! The villa itself is breathtaking, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. It truly has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The hosts are so kind, warm, and always on hand to help with anything you could need. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend—this place is simply amazing! Also, we’d suggest hiring a car, as it made exploring the local villages and shops much easier. Truly a 5-star experience! 🌟
