My family and I were fortunate enough to spend Christmas here this year and could not recommend this place highly enough. Marcin was a fantastic host, personally meeting us upon arrival and had the accommodation decorated with Christmas decorations and a real tree. The mulled wine and chocolates left for us were a great touch too. The fire, sauna and hot tub were also fantastic after a day playing in the snow outside in the beautiful surroundings. We all look forward to returning back on our next trip to Poland.

It's hard to find the right words to say that staying in this home and in these circumstances of nature was beyond my expectations and my family. The house is equipped from A to Z. Everything is as described. The most needed equipment turned out to be the washer. In the pluses, there are very comfortable beds that fall asleep very quickly, but also get up rested. The house has a pleasant temperature on hot days. For teenagers, but also for us adults, it was fun to have a large area around the house with beautiful grass, where we played many games. Plus, this incredible peace and quiet that allowed us to relax and get away from everyday life, school, and work. Relaxation like we didn't get on earlier trips to the mountains. Beautiful surroundings, starting with the morning dew on the grass, the quiet sound of leaves in the trees, the concerts of the wild horses, and the starry skies. I recommend and am jealous of everyone who will be staying here.

The place is perfect in perfect surroundings. Pastoral, quiet and calm It was difficult at first to find the place but it was because we came late and there was a problem communicating with the property owner. Everything else is just perfect.

The home is spacious and comfortable. It's a great base for trips around Roztocze, but it's also a nice place to hang out. In the area all necessary shops, restaurants, etc. Good communication with the owner. I recommend for a quiet, laid-back holiday with children and dogs:-)

We spent wonderful 5 days in Przysztanek Roztocze. House was wonderful, had everything what we needed. Silent surrounding, great amenities, most beautiful places in Roztocze really close by. Host Natalia and her husband super friendly, immediately reacted on our wishes. We wish, our vacation would have lasted longer.

We chose this cottage with friends, we felt great. The climate on the terrace was wonderful, as well as comfortable beds, a well-kept house. Beautiful views, we are satisfied. And the host is very nice and kind. We recommend it!!!

The cottage was exactly as described, very clean and cozy. Mr. Olgierd is a great and responsive host. We'll be back!

Highly recommend. Beautiful clean, spacious cottage in the countryside. There is a large backyard. Peace and quiet. We were with small children who could run out in the backyard. In addition, there were puzzles and a few toys available in the cottage to make your stay more enjoyable. Kitchen and living room separately. The kitchen is very well equipped with necessary spices, tea, coffee from the espresso machine, salt, sugar and pots and pans. Large, clean fridge with freezer. The bathroom is large, clean, and well-equipped, including a washing machine and cleaning supplies. We'll definitely be there :)

The apartment is really nice. Everything is clean, prepared and finished with good materials. Yes, the interior is a bit smaller than the photos might suggest, but there is a great terrace, a playground, a bathroom on both levels and the nicest surprise: the host was waiting with a lit fireplace (and it was cold May). I highly recommend it to families with children! A nice, reliable host.

Beautiful place, peace, quiet, contact with nature, everything you may need to fully relax. A huge space for dogs and children, and for parents to sit in absolute silence , I recommend!

Very warm place, beautiful neighborhood, space for both remote work and leisure. The owners are great, and the studio is clean and cozy. I recommend :)

Wonderful place, photos don't show the space available in the cottage, a well organized outdoor space. Plus a bathroom by the sauna and hot tub. We'd love to come back!

This is our next stay in Małgorzata's home and again we were delighted, the wonderful garden behind the house allows you to enjoy the neighborhood in silence. Thank you and we will be back.

Very nice, kimatic and peaceful place. A cottage for a couple, very well-maintained. Great terrace and area behind the cottage, you can play badminton, lay out on a blanket. I recommend.

Perfection all around - from the seamless check in to the maximum 10 minute turnaround in message responses. Perfect! Couldn’t be better. We will 100% be booking at this rental the next time we are in town.

Monika and Konrad are two super friendly hosts, openly accommodating. The house is cozy, beautifully and rustically furnished, we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed for delicious dinners outside in the garden, at the end of April. The river is also recommended, it was clean and refreshing. I look forward to next time. Really enjoyed our stay, clean and comfortable place in a beautiful location, very close to the Bieszczady national park.

The cottage is located in a quiet, peaceful area, which guarantees full relaxation. The interior is modern, clean, with comfortable beds and mosquito nets in the windows. A kitchen with almost full equipment (there is no stove, but for us it was not a problem), a large garden and a terrace with a grill is a plus. Contact with the owner was efficient and friendly, and the code entry system was convenient and hassle-free. The only downside was the poor reception and wifi, which didn't prevent you from resting.

Everything is as described. The host responded to all messages almost immediately, seamlessly, and allowed for a slight extension of the hotel night. A place for people who value peace and quiet, perfect for rest, but also great as a starting point for walking in the Sanocko-Turkish Mountains.

A picturesque cottage with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The essence of the Bieszczady Mountains and an oasis of peace. Fresh produce available locally in the area. A very nice owner, he told us about the neighborhood of its history and surrounding attractions. We'll be sure to go back.

Beautiful place, off the beaten path of charming countryside. A great starting point for exploring Roztocze, next to the house of a meadow perfect for walking. The house itself is very clean and equipped with everything you need. If you want to relax surrounded by beautiful nature in a charming home, I recommend it with a clear conscience.
