We had a wonderful experience staying at Ljiljana's apartment during our recent visit to the island. She was a fantastic host, providing helpful recommendations for activities and connecting me with reliable contacts. The apartment itself was spacious and functional, with a large terrace. Its convenient location, across the street from the gas station and near the ferry pier, made arrival and departure a breeze. While it is slightly outside the city center, I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and didn't mind the walk at all. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Ljiljana's apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the island. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cute little flat on top of a hill with amazing views. It has a gorgeous patio with solid furniture and the views were seriously spectacular. The wifi worked well, and the beds were comfortable. Anamarija was responsive and kind. The air conditioning was only in the living room, but it cooled the whole house pretty well.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was! Gorgeous, immaculate, had all the creature comforts you need and the host even provided us with baked goods and homemade Vis pie! She was so kind and welcoming. This was the best place we stayed!

Jozo was an excellent host and you can clearly see the love that he’s poured into Love Hvar’s penthouse. Every detail is thought of and takes advantage of the space perfectly. Additionally the space is spotless and well kept. It’s a great location and walkable to all of Hvar town. Thanks, Jozo for an amazing stay.

It was already the second time we stayed at Eta's Apartment. That should answer all your questions. Eta is a great host, super responsive, the apartment is absolutely amazing, clean and spacious. The location is splendid. We'll be back. :)

Myself, my fiancé and my good friend stayed at this apartment for a few nights for a conference/reunion on Vis. Gorgeous space and the host allowed us to check in an hour early which was wonderful so we didn’t have to hang out for a while after our arrival ferry. We spent a lot of time watching the boats come and go from the balcony which has a breathtaking view. Laura was so wonderful and responsive with helping us work the washing machine as well 😂 thank you Laura. A lovely cat visited us every time we came and left as well which was magical. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!! As other reviews have mentioned, although the walk from downtown is short, it is quite steep and if there were any mobility challenges this would not be a place that would be accessible. The three of us were okay but just something to keep in mind if you have any mobility issues and want to stay here - perhaps plan ahead to book an e-bike or moped reservation to make the trek easier!

We had an amazing week in this cozy little house. Far away from all the rush, we could stay around the house and then explore the surroundings by car and hikes. Sean and Ana are great hosts and did their werry best to help us out.

Beautiful view in a small, but cozy flat. Flat is located around 30 minute walk through the town from were the ferry docks. Host is responded quickly and was very helpful with finding us a phone number to a taxi when we arrived with the ferry. Area is very quiet and feels more private since it's a little walk from the "town center"

The view at this place is completely unmatched. I have never seen anything like it! Perfect location!

Really pleasant place to stay. I only had two nights but hosts were lovely, everything was clean as I’d hoped and was a short walk from places to eat.

Where to start? Mrs. Mira and Mr. Miho met more than our expectations. The apartment was very tidy and clean, and extremely well-equipped. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio overlooking Hum. There is also a lovely view of the sea from the dining table. The apartment's location ensures peace, quiet, and safety. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we got a lot of helpful information from them. Ideal place to stay on the beautiful island of Vis, we definitely recommend it!

We had a great time at Komiza and that's all thanks to Zrinka who felt like an old friend more than a host. From the moment of arrival until our departure she made sure our needs were met and was always responsive. Greeting us with some orange juice and a glass of beer at our point of arrival while explaining to us some historical and cultural manifestations of Vis, giving us great local activity tips to recommending the best local dishes to try; Zrinka summed up a year's worth of stay in just 4 days for us. Komiza wouldn't have been half as magical if it weren't for Zrinka. Just one minor issue that I myself didn't notice but my partner was slightly bothered by; if you're a light sleeper the refrigerator does tend to make some loud noises during sleep. Except for that, the kitchen had literally everything, even oil and balsamico for cooking, which isn't all that common at airbnbs. We were pleasantly surprised! Thank you, we'll definitely visit again💜☀️

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Edgar and Jasminka’s beautiful home in Croatia. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome—it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself was immaculate, stylish, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the space was even more beautiful than the photos. The views were stunning, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. What truly made our stay special was Edgar and Jasminka themselves. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness and generosity were unforgettable—we left feeling not just rested, but deeply cared for. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate. Thank you again, Edgar and Jasminka!

We had a nice stay in Vis, right next to the sea with the waves soothing your dreams. Very good beds. Location is very good, close to parking, the center and many restaurants.

Good place to stay at. Modern, comfy beds, clean and great location. Even though it is in the centre, it was not loud at night. We had a great time staying there. The only bad thing was the ants and flies in the apartment.

This Airbnb was such a beautiful space! Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Josipas place. Everything was as expected from the pictures and it was squeaky clean. The view is spectacular, especially in the evening when the sun goes down over the ocean. The jacuzzi was nice to relax in and the back garden is very tranquil. Josipa is a wonderful host and gave us lots of recommendations and even picked us up and dropped us off in town. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Josipas place. This was one of our favourite stays in Croatia. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Spacious apartment, perfectly equipped, tastefully furnished and sparkling clean. Quietly located, with fantastic views of the sea. This accommodation is outstanding. Natali is a warm, helpful and reliable hostess. We hope that we can come back one day.

Excellent stay in zavala! Dinka was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We loved this little paradise corner of the island, facing the sea with the hot tub on the terrace... In May, nothing open except Dinka's restaurant and her husband ( very good by the way), it suited us perfectly, we loved it, a beautiful authentic place to be able to discover the island.

What a beautiful home, with a beautiful view in a beautiful location. The apartment is massive, so spacious with a huge balcony - that we were on the whole time. Our host Tonci was so lovely and accommodating and made us feel right at home. Can’t say enough about this place. We loved that it was up the hill and out of the busy town, but close enough to walk everywhere. Grab it if it’s available.

Must book. Sasa and her whole family were immensely helpful hosts. Sara met us at the port and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and well put together. The garden was beautiful and the hot tub a cool inclusion. The location is elite. Close to two of the smaller beaches but in our opinion, the better beaches. Easy walk into the centre of town and you could throw a rock and hit the local supermarket. They are lovely, lovely people and we loved our stay. We can't wait to come back.

The apartment was beautiful! Very modernized and decorated beautifully. Right in the heart of the square, easy walk to everything. We loved sitting in the hot tub each night! We did have one issue with the shower drain not draining and flooding throughout the bathroom, but the host was quick to respond and resolve. It started to happen again during the next shower but we figured out that the water pressure is just too great for the small drain. Kept the shower flow at half (which was plenty) and no issues. Also, Hot water tank is small and after I showered, washed and conditioned my hair, my husband didn’t have any hot water. Oops. Neither of these a big deal, just know these things to avoid any issues. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
