Cozy 2 bedroom apartment in Decatur Indiana. Featuring 2 queen beds, and a comfortable full size pullout sofa bed. Bedrooms each have a television and extra pillows and blankets. The Homestead

The Homestead has been in our family for over 170 years. This ranch style farmhouse was built in the early 1960's. This Homestead is located on 40 acres, with over an acre here with the home. The Homestead features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, with an open area to the living, kitchen, and dining area. The house is partially carpeted and ceramic tile, and is fully furnished including the kitchen. This is located out in the country surrounded by farm fields, so very peaceful and private.

The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.
