Cozy house in a small picturesque village 35 km from Sofia. It has all the necessary amenities for relaxation. The house is located in a quiet little village and is suitable for gathering bigger groups and celebrating events. However, we ask guests to familiarize themselves with the ordinance on public order and not to disrupt the assigned hours of recreation with excessive noise. (The hours of rest according to the ordinance are from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 07: 00 on weekdays and from 13:30 to 16:30 and 22:00 to 08:00 on weekends)

Magarija Farm

This place is perfect for those who are eager for nature. The property is located on a farm where the indigenous races of the Balkans are grown as well as alpacas and llamas. Guests can drink fresh donkey milk daily and observe the life of the hill horses, Balkan donkeys, buffalo, cattle of the Podol race and bushes, pyroth and Karakacan sheep, Balkan goats.... The farm space is a good setting for small groups, families with children and couples. It was built in the style of traditional architecture with the use of natural materials.

Exceptional apartment in the center of town. The apartment is double-oriented with three separate rooms and two terraces. From one terrace there is a view of the Red Square and from the second terrace there is a view of the beautiful Pazar Church. The building has two entrances. One entrance takes you exactly to Red Square and the sand zone, and the other entrance is the entrance from the parking lot. The apartment is equipped with new furniture and white goods and is a real enjoyment to stay there.
