Hi, we're Cristina and Carmelo! We look forward to welcoming you to “Casa al Gianni,” our agritourism facility located in the woods of the Montagnola Senese, just 20 minutes from Siena. Here, life slows down: There is only the scent of the earth, the song of the birds, and the companionship of our animals. It is an invitation to rediscover the beauty of the little things, surrounded by the greenery of the most authentic Tuscany. It's not just a vacation; it's a return to our roots. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. Convenient location for visiting Tuscany I look forward to showing you the real Tuscany!

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Our cozy home is located closed to Siena, the Val d'Arbia and the Val d'Orcia, Unesco World Heritage site; you can easily reach the most beautiful town around Siena and Florence, like San Gimignano, Volterra, Montalcino. Rooms are wide and comfortable. The apartament is bright and you can enjoy a nice view on the Tuscan countryside from its windows. It is located in the old hamlet of Casciano. Suitable for couples and families with kids. Parking area about 50 metres from the apartment.

"Landscape Notes" Suite

The 80 sqm Suite "Note di paesaggio" is located on the second floor of a historic building where it meets the landscape of the Val d'Orcia. It is divided into several rooms including a furnished double bedroom with air conditioning overlooking the terrace, a living room with a panoramic view, a study with a desk, a marble bathroom with shower, and another double bedroom without air conditioning . You can enjoy a 30sqm terrace and its suggestive view of the countryside.

In addition to the two double bedrooms, you have a kitchen with an equipped kitchenette, fridge, induction cooker and a furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
