Located near the train station, next to the Lyrick Theater, the Federal Boxing Center, the PalaEventi and the Municipal Swimming Pool. You can walk to the Basilica of Porziuncola. Along the Strada Mattonata, a 3 km pedestrian path, you can admire extraordinary views of Assisi, until you reach the Basilica of San Francesco.

It is located on the ground floor and enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. There is paid parking in Piazza Matteotti about 100 meters away, and there is the possibility of parking outside the historic center about 500 meters away in Via Renzo Rosati.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
