The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces so that we have two separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , elevations and materials . The attic room, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the living room, there's a view that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Lighting is everywhere

Sea inside luxury apartment - Magnolia Holidays

Google maps led us to back of the building but Mariella kindly helped us navigate to the right way to get in. She met us at the building and helped us into parking garage and welcomed us to the apartment. An absolutely beautiful high end beautifully appointed apartment. The ocean and city views from the floor to ceiling glass doors and deck was magnificent. As Canadians we had some confusion about how to use the European style appliances. But everything was like new. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed. Sleeping was excellent with great beds and quiet nights. There is a bike path near by that takes you into and around the harbour area and old city. We will be back soon I hope. Thank you Mariella.

We immediately fell in love with the Airbnb in the pictures. In real life, the two houses restored by Giovanni looked even more impressive. The rooms have a very special charm and in each room you can discover wonderfully matching details. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. Giovanni enthusiastically explains the local products and everything he serves tastes delicious. Giovanni is a very warm host and we can only recommend a stay with him. We were also able to refresh my rusty Italian a little bit during the breakfast chat. Grazie di tutto!

We spent two or three nights at Anna Paola's. The apartment is perfectly identical to the description. I would say it's even better. The recently renovated apartment is like new, with very nice surfaces and modern amenities (kitchen and bathroom). The bedroom should be around 20m2 with plenty of storage. Its location and accommodations made it easy to spend an extended stay of 1 month or more. Located slightly off-center (300 m) from the old town, the street is quiet and you can easily park. In 5/10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center or the beautiful beaches. Anna Paola or Claudia are very responsive and respond very quickly to any questions. The city of Alghero is very pleasant and lively (mid-June). I highly recommend it. Christian
