Huvila on valmistunut vuonna 2020 ja on erinomaisesti varusteltu. Sisältä löytyy helppokäyttöinen sähkösauna ja ulkoa pieni suloinen puusauna, sekä kesäkaudella aina lämmin ulkoporeallas.
