We loved our stay with Delia. The inside of the house is very charming and cozy and the outside scenery is gorgeous. The house was easy to find and Delia was amazingly supportive throughout our stay. The neighbor’s dog was a lovely host as well as she assisted us with cooking, accompanied us on our hike and was wonderful company!

We had a great time. Quiet neighborhood deep in the forest, tranquility is guaranteed.

Everything was amazing, the surroundings, the cabin, we had a Christmas tree which was amaaaaaazing. Everything was clean, cozy and comfortable. The host very responsive, and mr Calin was such a friendly person and helped us a lot, besides taking us to the cabin and back. It was amazing and I definitely will go back again.

This is such a special place! Amazing mountain views, beautiful location, peaceful and private surroundings. The house itself is tastefully decorated, clean and extremely comfortable even for 7 guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the offering of a local lady preparing several meals for us, all delicious and traditional. We hope to make it back soon!

A great location if you want to relax, withdraw from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house (which is very spacious) fully equipped, so that you feel like home, plus the tub and the view make you have an unforgettable stay. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with a jacuzzi, the kids really liked it when we made them a bath. The house is well appointed, practical and clean. The host is a 10, quickly jumps to the rescue, very proactive, communicative and friendly.

One of the best experiences on AirBnB! Communication and check-in/out went smoothly, location is great - quiet, private, cozy. Very clean environment inside and also very nice and clean garden, everything felt like home. Simply lovely destination to stay. There is a lot of places to go not far from the cottage but this place is also perfect to just chill. Ramona was very nice and friendly and was there (online) for us any minute even through it was Easter ❤️

We had a wonderful time here! The cabin is well-appointed with all the comforts you'd want for a cozy stay. Even more importantly, the surrounding nature and views are absolutely breathtaking, and the locals are incredibly friendly. The hot tub offers an amazing view of the mountains, and you'll wake up to stunning vistas every morning. There are plenty of beautiful places to hike as well. We had a relaxing, peaceful time, and the host was very responsive and helpful. A couple of tips: watch out for the cute puppies that seem to have a sixth sense for spotting any soft-hearted sucker nearby—bring some treats unless you want to be guilt-tripped! Also, the hot tub is wood-heated and takes a while to warm up (several hours or more depending on the outside temperature), so be sure to get it started in the morning. And don’t miss out on the local "mountain pies"—they’re really delicious.

a very good & cozy location to relax

The place was very good, clean and perfect for a relaxing weekend spent together with friends. The kitchen was well-equiped, the open space was awesome and perfect for spending time together. The rooms were very clean and the outside of the house, the yard is also very beautiful with a lot of opportunities such as grill. The host was very kind, always responsive and flexible. I really recommend this place.

We had a wonderful family time at Daniel's place. It takes a while until you get there because on the last few kilometers the road is quite bad (10-20 km/h max.), but once you get there it's just perfect. It is in the middle of the forest with very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It's great if you want to get out of your everyday hampsterwheel and quiet your mind a bit. There is no GSM signal but good wi-fi and internet so you're only semi separated from civilization. The house has two big rooms where you and your friends / family can enjoy your meal together have a great talk or play something. Highly recommend this place.

A place that remains in your heart. I was the first time with someone dear, then came back alone – and each time I was impressed by the deep tranquility, the landscapes and the feeling of authentic retreat. The cottage is tastefully arranged, warm and welcoming. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Will be back for sure – it's a perfect quiet corner for reconnecting.

Thank you for everything! The location was dreamy, a lot of space and very well thought out. We have nothing to reproach, we were pleasantly surprised and we said for sure we would come back. Everything is clean, well equipped. Hosts, note 10000, very nice. They took care of us like their children❤️. They prepared our fire, made us the tub, brought us culinary surprises every day, etc. If you want a quiet location, this is the place. We really liked that we could either stay in the living room or in the closed gazebo from beyond, and those who wanted to sleep could without any problem being disturbed by the noise. The attention to detail is superlative. Thanks again for everything and we hope to come back soon!!

Beautiful, peaceful cabin in the woods — the perfect escape into nature. The surroundings were stunning, and the locals incredibly kind. Special thanks to tanti Mariana for her amazing cheese products and warm hospitality. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful place exactly as described. We drove three families and complete comfort, plenty of space, clean, there was a welcome on the table, and it always pleases, it's a small thing that will do a lot. We drove past the snow that wasn't, yet the views were breathtaking, and the hot tub overlooking the herd of cows was worth it too. In addition, we had no problem with driving. The perfect place for those who want to relax in a peaceful and remote location. But we still took a few trips, and then took a break at the cabin by the games, in the hot tub, or in the next building by the fire. And I would definitely appreciate the fact that, based on my previous travel experience, the kitchen is well-equipped for so many people. Plenty of dishes, pots, everything, and that also doesn't get so automatic. Thank you very much, rustic, clean, spacious, really nice stay. I can only recommend :) And we hope to return to Romania in a more welcoming weather for a longer stay.

Our trip to Codrul Alb's hobbit house was quite simply magical. We were expecting the location to be stunning and the hobbit house to be endearing, and this is exactly what we found. What we were not expecting and came as a great surprise were the hosts' knowledge and willingness to share it about permaculture, ways of working with and respecting nature, edible and medicinal plants, as well as different ways of using these plants. I was impressed with their way of living and would love to see a community developing around their embodied ideas, whether online or off. The location is remote but we received detailed instructions at arrival. We took a hike through the country side, filled our lungs with fresh air, our souls with the splendid mountainside scenery and our bellies with local berries. We also tasted interesting berries and plants on the hosts' land. At night, we saw the starlit sky and slept like babies. We'll be sure to come back to this piece of heaven :)

The house on top of the mountains with greats view is awesome. it's got lots of space, is very modern clean and warm. we came for travveling in the nature with bikes and this is the perfect spot! Illeana and her family are very heartwarming people, who supported us with everything we needed. even though we had an health issue, she knew what to do and helped us right away :)

We booked a 2-night stay at Cabana Ana with several friends, and it was wonderful. Cosmin is a really nice host always available for questions and help. The cabin has everything you need and is very clean. You can have a great time outside the cabin: sightseeing the beautiful views, playing all kinds of games, and enjoying a grill session with your friends while listening to your favorite music, thanks to the well-placed speaker near the BBQ set up by Cosmin. It's the perfect place to hang out and have a great time in a secluded and beautiful setting. As a bonus, if you are a cat lover you have a few cute residents at the location. We will definitely visit Cabana Ana again everything was perfect.

Valeria is a wonderful host, and her home is the perfect place to relax. The secluded location provides peace and quiet, and at the same time close contact with the beautiful nature of the Apuseni Mountains. The authentic architecture of the buildings provides an unforgettable atmosphere and allows you to experience the folklore of Romania and the taste of life in the Romanian countryside. It's a pity that the duration of the stay has passed so quickly; I hope to be able to come back here again someday.
