This cozy retreat is a great room concept. A coffee bar with snacks greets you on entry into the living room, with a comfortable sofa bed and a multi-use table for games and dining. This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.

Only 40 minutes away from Orlando international airport and only 22 minutes away from highway 192 were you can find many attractions like old town, go kart racing, helicopter rides and much more. Close to many shopping centers and restaurants. You can enjoy a day at the theme parks and then come back and relax in this beautiful home. Home is also a 3 minute drive to publix and Walmart.

Hello travelers! 😀 We offer a portion of our home with a private entrance off the pool area. Your area has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and internet TVs and a private bathroom. The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. We offer our home to travelers only-we do not accept local reservations.
