This place is generous - plenty of room, well appointed, all manner of kitchen accoutrements, many touches of luxury - a real home away from home. The house was perfect for our gathering of family and friends. Although the weather was too cool to use the pool, it was lovely to gaze upon it from the living room. It is a short stroll from the bay and the Sorrento shops. Leanne was easy to communicate with and always answered our queries quickly. I highly recommend Leanne's place for a group gathering!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. It’s in a great location—quiet, yet close to everything. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very quiet place and closer to the shops and will come back again

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. Thank you so much Trudi and Ben you have the most stunning little piece of paradise in Rye and we thank you so much for letting us enjoy our stay this past weekend.

I cannot fault this house at all. The house was immaculately clean throughout with new and high-quality furnishings and finishings. It was spacious enough for a group of seven adults travelling together. The large kitchen/ lounge room and dining area made it great for group activities with plenty of space. We enjoyed sitting around the fire. The weather was cool so we did not swim in the pool but the spa was hot, clean and relaxing. Vicki was an excellent host, going above and beyond at all times. The house was very well stocked with things like shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely stay there again with friends or perhaps with a large family or two families travelling together it would be perfect.

Great and thoughtful host. He was very helpful during the face to face check-in and personally showed us how to get into the carpark and where to park. Location was very convenient with the Glen shopping centre. Called us at check out to make sure everything was ok.

We loved staying at Melissa's property. It was immaculately presented and located in a private coastal resort which included access to a playground, tennis court and swimming pool. It was a short walk to The Sands Golf club and driving range, and only a short drive into town. Torquay is a lovely beachside town with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and spacious and the master bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the first tee-off. There were lots of games for the kids and a basketball ring outside. Melissa was very responsive and understanding when we had to sadly tell her that we had accidentally broken something during our stay. Thank you again Melissa.

Amazing place with great facilities and location. Was easy to communicate with Freedy, apartment was clean and easy to check in.

Perfect for our two families. Having the pool and kids playground just outside the house was great. We were also surprised by how quiet it was in the area. The place was very well set up and had everything we needed. A perfect place to stay and loved that the front room was a bit separated from the other two. It meant our kids didn't wake eachother up. Would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, Belinda's warm welcome and friendly personality, made me feel right at home. The photos on Airbnb do not do justice to the incredible accommodation. The house is nothing short of amazing – spacious, impeccably clean, and well-ventilated. The bedroom was incredibly spacious, and the bed was so comfortable that I had the best night's sleep in ages. The bathroom was spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail in providing all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights for me was the ample parking space available, a feature that's often hard to come by in Melbourne. The quality of the accommodation far exceeded what I paid, making it feel like an absolute bargain. Thank you, Belinda, for making my stay so enjoyable! I'll definitely be back.

The place is clean and felt just like home! Kih is a really friendly host! It's just above the M-City mall so you can get whatever you need easily.

Tracy was very helpful with some changes we required. Great views and very close to shops and public transport
