The apartment, bright, is nestled upstairs under sloping ceilings (limited height), bedroom on one side and equipped kitchen on the other. On the ground floor: independent entrance hall including the private shower room. The ground floor includes a common space with another cottage.

Nice house 300 m from the sea

Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

We had a lovely weekend at this house. The location is ideal, sea view from the garden, which is very well exposed with the sun all day. The house is spacious, great for 7/8 people. It is also well equipped and hosts are available if necessary. We'll be back if we can! Small +: 10 second walk to the bakery for fresh bread in the mornings

We had a perfect three-week stay in this beautiful stone house. We would like to thank you for the quick help in activating the heating in the first few days. The large garden is natural and equipped with everything you need, our dogs were as happy as we were. In a few minutes you are at the GR 34 for walks on the coast or for sunrises and sunsets. A paradisea is a paradise for photography. The kitchen is extremely professionally equipped and it's really fun to cook. The nearest restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car. The perfect place for nature lovers looking for peace and relaxation. We will be happy to come back.

An absolutely perfect weekend with friends in this great place! Everything was together for a great stay: the house was very clean, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool is a real plus, well-maintained and ideal for relaxing together. The host was responsive and very professional. Every interaction was seamless, and all our questions were answered quickly. We leave with wonderful memories and recommend this place without a second thought!

Beautiful stay in the country of the Abers, house rented for two people (one floor): Very bright, very well equipped, very clean. Ideal location with a real sea view and very easy walking access to the beach (surf spot with rental possible). Large garden, very welcoming and pleasant for dogs! The billing of water and electricity at the end of the stay is very convenient and allows it to be adapted to our way of life! (7 euros for 4 days for us!) Thank you for this beautiful ideal place to discover the Finistère point.

Lovely one storey farmhouse by the sea

Our stay at Manoir Lestremeur with Gwendoline was peaceful and very enjoyable. Gwendoline was always at hand and spoke excellent English. The furniture was unique and of a high standard. The wood burner was very effective and wood was supplied at no cost. ( late summer, mid September). The beds were very comfortable. Completely private garden space. Beaches just a short drive away. Or within walking distance if you wish. Parking close to the house enabled offloading and loading to be trouble free. I would certainly recommend Gwendoline’s longere for a lovely holiday. Mike & Gill.
