The house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious living room upstairs overlooking a beautiful sea view on one side and on the other side access to an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is close to the GR34 and the classified site of Dourven. Locquemeau, a small fishing village, is located close to the Pink Granite Coast.

Parking du Yaudet: GR 34 access, hiking loops 6 km and 8.5 km, Lannion is 4 km away and the pink granite coast is 15 minutes away.
