Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pointe-Noire

We had a great week. The location is ideal for spreading throughout Basse-Terre. Naïdy and her daughter Emily were very welcoming and responsive. The accommodation is very faithful to the description, and the view of Pigeon Island is incredible! 😊

We're coming back from 4 days to this listing that was the same as the listing. Very nice view in the morning at breakfast and private parking. Very good bedding . Upon our arrival fruits and fresh water nice attention. Thank you very much

What more can I say than a big wow!!!!! Beautiful pool and spa, Michel also welcomed us very well. Beautifully located, close to all activities. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, everything for cooking and don't forget the air conditioning, present in both bedrooms, a must. Also in the same building, another RBNB accommodation for rent if you are traveling with a large family or two couples. Thanks to Michel!!!! I recommend without hesitation!!!!👍

A very nice and clean house with an incredible view of the beach... you can put your suitcases down and take the small path to get to the beach in 5 minutes, the jacuzzi is also very nice because the terrace is surrounded by a small garden where a banana tree and other lush species grow. We are greeted by the singing of little frogs and birds, not to mention the little anoles. Gérard thought of everything, beach towels and masks and snorkels... it lacks some kitchen utensils but that's just a detail! All that's left to do is discover this magnificent island!

Florent & Nicole were wonderful hosts during our stay. They were able to answer our questions & their hospitality was great. The place is great. An amazing view, the jacuzzi to relax. The amenities present allow you to have a stay without missing anything. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful garden and a sumptuous decoration. All the little touches are very appreciated and Françoise as well as her husband are very warm, responsive and welcoming.

We just left Paradise! Honestly, what Olivier & Renaud have created is nothing short but "Paradise". Our treehouse "the Explorer" was super nice, clean and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The welcome was very kind and communication throughout was perfect & quick. Both speak English very well and are honestly the loveliest, trustworthy guys and give you the best recommendations for foody places but also dive schools etc. which we happily used and can now also vouch for. We stayed for 2 nights and would have liked to stay longer. Well, there will be a next time for sure. Thank you, Olivier & Renaud - for sharing your beautiful home with us - it was a pleasure to meet you! ;-)

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Sandra and her husband were warm, communicative and accommodating. On the first day, they provided breakfast and fresh pineapple, which was sweet and delicious! Sandra also helped me book the ferry over to Les Saintes and was an exemplary host! Always very pleasant and smiling. Gave us our space but were always somehow nearby if we needed anything! 10/10!!! The airbnb is to the centre of the island, so it was a central point to go exploring. Would recommend getting a vehicle if staying there because the access road to the main road is a bit long to walk. The accommodation is just as pictured. The kitchen and toilet were just outside the room, but the bathroom was inside. This was not a problem for me, but pointing out if it matters to others. There were some mosquitos but Sandra provided a net over the bed and a mosquito zapper so inside the room was fine. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and would stay when in Guadeloupe next. Thanks for everything! <3

There's no note for this place, because this one will stay forever in my memories. We stayed in the hut, and despite the sanitary pole which was a little distant, the atmosphere really charmed us. It was magical, in the middle of nature, this place is the most beautiful antidote to the hustle and bustle of city life. Loved it! A huge thank you to the owners: it's thanks to them that these rare homes still exist.

We had a great time at Vana's place. Everything was perfect! The ideal location with your feet in the water, we refreshed ourselves after a start to the “sick” stay. If we had to choose from the 3 properties we rented during our stay, it would be Vana's, without hesitation.

Excellent hosts! Accommodation better than in the description and photos! Big + luggage drop off to make the most of the day of departure and arrival in Les Saintes! A stay we have a wonderful memory of, we will be back!

I didn't know that paradise had several levels: there are Guadeloupe, then the Saintes and finally at Carole and Jean-Yves. Two days out of time, a break from life thanks to the accommodation in a gentle garden but also thanks to the hosts who think of all these little things that make a good stay an exceptional stay: possibility to leave your belongings on arrival and departure (classic) possibility to take a shower before departure (exceptional) / advice for the location of tourist diving sites (classic) description of the small additional walk to arrive on the gardens and aquariums (Jean-Yves) / the good restaurants (Google) the restaurant whose dishes have sent me (Carole). Too bad we can't exceptionally add a star.

Beautiful stay at Villa Palma, quiet, spacious and ideally located 2min from Deshaies in a green setting. Thanks to Pauline for hosting us and for her kindness. The view from the villa is amazing over the bay, the amenities are great (pool, air conditioning, bed screen) and allowed us to have a great stay. The hardest part is leaving, I hope we get the opportunity to come back!

Great stay in a wonderful place. We are in love with both Guadeloupe and the villa. It is very quiet very well located on Basse-Terre. Erwan and Joëlle are very friendly and caring hosts while remaining very discreet. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). We recommend Erwan and Joëlle and their beautiful villa.

What a great week in the purple villa! Comfortable, functional, clean and carefully decorated, this house has two well air-conditioned bedrooms and an extensive terrace with extraordinary views to enjoy the sunsets. The pool is also a real asset for children or to cool off! Ideally located, we were able to radiate all over Basse Terre. In addition, Carole and Patrick are exceptional hosts! Discreet, accommodating and attentive, communication has always been simple and efficient. Thank you for your kindness, your attention, your informed and proactive advice that allowed us to discover your beautiful region as best as possible!

We only spent 4 nights in our kaz, but what a great time. Sulyanise welcomed us with great sweetness and kindness, we discovered together the fertilization of vanilla and so many other stories of the island. A real enchanted parenthesis, thank you to her and Philippe.

Very pleasant stay at Suzy's place who was very attentive and was very flexible both on our arrival and departure time. The house is in the middle of a lush garden where we were able to have breakfast in the middle of the hummingbirds. Our 18-month-old daughter also loved the chickens who came to greet us every morning and felt very comfortable in the place Suzy equipped with baby. Suzy and her partner were good advice, we recommend keeping our eyes closed!

Hughie and Celine were fantastic hosts and helped us out with lifts as we did not want to rent a car. The accommodation was exactly like the pictures and was so peaceful, the only thing you could hear was the birds and crickets The gite had everything we needed, although we didn’t use the cooking facilities much. The gite is up a steep slope which was made harder by the heat if you were walking. There were places to eat in walking distance and a beautiful beach.

Perfect stay in Desbonnes! We had a wonderful few days in this apartment in Desbonnes and we would like to thank our hosts, Patrice and Loreen, for their warm welcome and generosity. Loreen was very attentive which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped, and there was everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were perfect, offering a restful sleep, and the balcony was a real plus, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding dense vegetation. What a pleasure to wake up every morning with this view! The pool was also a real blessing, ideal for relaxing after a day of discovery. In summary, we highly recommend this place for its quality accommodation, location and, of course, the warm welcome of our hosts. We'll be happy to go back!
