Your accommodation is set in the beautiful Congewai valley, close to the wineries of the Hunter Valley, the Hope Estate to catch that concert of choice, the Hunter Valley Gardens, Ballooning and many more activities. The historical town of Wollombi is a short country drive. We are only 400 metres to access a section of the Great North Walk where you can walk to the top of the mountain or further. Bring your mountain bikes to enjoy a quiet easy ride through this spectacular pastural valley.

Nestled among the treetops this lovely rustic cabin has just had an elegant renovation and is ready for your perfect weekend. Relax and unwind near the cozy fire, watch the mist rise over the valley in the morning with the kangaroos jumping on the front garden or enjoy a swing on the tire swing. This retreat is just 1.5 hours from Sydney. Enjoy the peaceful setting, visit the lovely local villages or spend the day wine tasting. This cozy cottage is sure to provide a relaxing city escape.

Inala Wilderness Retreat

Inala, which means peaceful place, is the perfect escape. Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

The large balcony allows uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and the valley below. The cabin is a perfect couples retreat.
