The apartment Located on the 7th floor of the building with elevator ,The apartment has large balcony and a stunning view of the area and it's right in the center of Sandanski and located above the pedestrian street and close to everything you need, food stores, clothing, restaurants, cafes and a few minutes away is a large fruit and vegetable market as well as a large park with a stunning view and the magnificent Bistrica River .

Brand new, very bright, spacious and fully-furnished apartment in modern building, located near the amazing park in Sandanski. The area is quiet & perfect for a nice vacation, suitable for kids. Very friendly host. The food was nice and affordable. The housing was almost new but traditional at the same time. A little bummer was the closed pool / whirlpool and sauna. Otherwise we had a great stay. The location is a 1 hour walk out of Melnik but we had a rental car and it is a nice starting spot for hikes to the monastery.

Zoya`s place is amazing. Everything feels brand new. Sparkling clean and it had everything we needed. The location is super near to the park but it`s too far away from the city center. Strongly recommended if you need a place to stay in Sandanski!

Great apartment in the city center with an excellent location. The beautiful terrace offers a fantastic view, and the apartment itself is clean, cozy, and well-equipped. While it's slightly more expensive than I would prefer, it's still a fair deal. Definitely recommended! If I visit Sandanski again, I will certainly book this place.
