Nestled in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, surrounded by fields and lakes, La Maison T&M invites you to take a break, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Reims and 20 minutes from Troyes, our property is the starting point for a Champagne getaway combining nature, relaxation and discovery. Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic setting where the calm and beauty of the landscapes will punctuate your stay.

And if you put your luggage with us on a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

For rent, 60 m² house, with enclosed courtyard and outdoor parking, facing the cottage. 1 living room on the ground floor with kitchen, living room, fireplace. 1 bathroom on the ground floor Upstairs, 2 bedrooms in a row, a first master bedroom with a double bed 160x200. At the back, a children's room with two single beds 120x190 and 90x190. It is a house that combines the comforts of modern amenities and the charm of old stones . Wood burning stove and electric heater.

Very spacious Hausmannian apartment with fireplaces, molded ceilings, oak floors, on the 1st floor of a building on the Troyes-Dijon axis. Composed of an equipped kitchen, large bathroom, living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, billiard room with sofa bed for 1 person, 2 bedrooms (190 X 140 beds) including one with shower and sink, and a 3rd bedroom (2 single beds). There you will find a separate toilet, a cloakroom. Parking in the large enclosed common courtyard.

Winery, forests, lakes, museums, leisure parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, Essoyes, you will have the choice between visits, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Les Gayettes Gîte in Champagne

Located in the south of Champagne, our Gîte les Gayettes accommodates groups of at least 8 people in our wine estate. Vineyard, gastronomy and must-see places (lakes, Orient Forest, Nigloland amusement park, Essoyes and its painter RENOIR...) are a must You will appreciate the cottage for its large living room, equipped kitchen, comfort, and foosball table. Cottage for 8 people min and not rented for parties. Champagne tasting and sales possible.

In champagne at the gates of Burgundy, discover our new renovated house for a relaxing stay for the whole family, where you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, shared patio, garden and private entrance. Refined decor, 1 family room with shower room and toilet, 1 master bedroom with island bath and toilet. This house is located in the property of the Villa des Chouettes near the vineyards, amusement park, Troyes, and the Orient Forest Lake.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Caravan in paradise (large)

Great for families, lovers or groups of friends. To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (pétanque, badminton), hammock, kayak, barbecue... Fred's cottage, small house

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs there are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
