And if you put your luggage with us on a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

Charming stone house 1768

Small stone house of 35 m2 recently restored and very comfortable on a property of 1000m2. There are other gites on this property but you are completely independent. Each gite has its own entrance and private terrace. The beds are upstairs in the same room. The house is located 5' from the Seine, in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, 10' all shops, 30' from TROYES, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, the Nigloland theme park, 2h15 from Paris exit 22( by the A5)

All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. L’Hospice St-Nicolas

The Hospice St-Nicolas is located in the historic heart of the city of Troyes, a short walk to the cathedral and in a unique place steeped in history. Founded by the canons of the cathedral around 1157, the Petit-St-Nicolas Hospice was the first hospital in Troyes. Since 1996, the building and its chapel have been classified as a historic monument.
