Within walking distance is the Yacht Club Donau, as well as the Riess water ski school, which impresses with its delicious cuisine and the range of activities, such as water skiing, wakeboarding, etc. Furthermore, several sunbathing lawns along the old Danube arm invite you to sunbathe, and there is also a separate dog beach for dog owners (15 minutes' walk)! Dogs are welcome!!!

I rent it out cheaply because reaching it requires fitness: about 60 steps and a steep uphill walk, so it is not ideal for elderly guests. It would be a shame to leave this beautiful place empty. A bus stop with regular connections to the city (Bus 400 to Heiligenstadt) is only a 5-minute walk away.
