The room is best suitable for 1P. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (very narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

The house consists of a living room with kitchen, three bathrooms with walk in showers, 4 double bedrooms and a fifth, the so-called, FUN ROOM, conceived as a small children's living room, equipped with board games, a large TV and Play Station 4! Each room upstairs is equipped with smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning . There is a laundry room, which consists of a washing machine and dryer. In the house garden there is a swimming pool, lounge, outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining area.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Es befindet sich ein direkter Zugang zum Meer gegenüber vom Haus sowie viele schöne Strände die nur 5 min. entfernt liegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der nächste Hafen Marina oder die Stadt Trogir sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Flughafen Split ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich, hier ein Auto zur Verfügung zu haben.
