Huge screen porch, ping pong table, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room table for 12, spacious living area (great for games) -- you won't want to leave!

This home is in a great neighborhood in the Orange Tree Community in Clermont. Available for rent in a long-term basis. Since we are a Bed and Breakfast, your rent covers free breakfast and dinner every day. This is a non-smoking environment. You may have a mini-fridge in your room but you'll have access to the kitchen. All monthly payments include utilities . If you need a great place to live this is the place. Guests over 55 are welcome.
