Welcome to Tamaris, a cozy apartment on the seaside promenade! 🌊 Enjoy stunning bay views through the glass wall in the living room, where the sofa converts into a comfy bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, and the luxurious bathroom with a rainfall shower offers a spa-like retreat. Renovated in 2022, it blends style and comfort. Note: In July and August, vibrant nightlife and evening noise make it ideal for younger guests who enjoy lively summer vibes! 🎉

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The house which is literally ten steps away from the sea. Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also use terraces that are in 3 levels in front of the house. On terraces you can use dinning and coffee tables and outdoor shower.
