Beachside is truly beachside and our guests can put their feet in the sand moments from the front door. Shops & pubs are a short walk away & the ferry to Padstow is right outside the property. It's an ideal base for those wanting to take advantage of the fabulous local golf courses at St Enodoc & The Point or the famous Cowshed Spa at St Moritz Hotel.

Little Trelyn is an incredibly spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the idyllic Cornish village of Rock. This lovely home offers a relaxed base from which to explore North Cornwall. The light and airy open plan living and dining room is a wonderful space to socialise with your group, with patio doors leading out to the back garden, allowing in the sounds of nature from the nearby fields. Porthilly Cove and Rock beach are both within walking distance, along with pubs and restaurants.

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

Jay is a Lovely 2 bedroom bungalow just steps from the beach , shops and restaurants in the centre of Polzeath. Brand new kitchen , shower room , bi fold doors and new flooring throughout plus new corner sofa. New decking ! Private parking and south west facing enclosed garden. Large deck with garden furniture and bbq leads onto the garden with summerhouse and sun loungers and painted interior using tones of grey and white !

Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within walking distance of the beach. The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike. To ensure the apartment is cleaned as per Covid guidelines, check in is now 4pm Please be aware that during July and August, we only rent the apartment Friday to Friday. Thanks
