Beachside is truly beachside and our guests can put their feet in the sand moments from the front door. Shops & pubs are a short walk away & the ferry to Padstow is right outside the property. It's an ideal base for those wanting to take advantage of the fabulous local golf courses at St Enodoc & The Point or the famous Cowshed Spa at St Moritz Hotel.

Little Trelyn is an incredibly spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the idyllic Cornish village of Rock. This lovely home offers a relaxed base from which to explore North Cornwall. The light and airy open plan living and dining room is a wonderful space to socialise with your group, with patio doors leading out to the back garden, allowing in the sounds of nature from the nearby fields. Porthilly Cove and Rock beach are both within walking distance, along with pubs and restaurants.

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

Enjoying sea, coastal and rural views, Quarry Cottage is the perfect place to enjoy a North Cornwall holiday. A footpath from the garden leads directly down to the beach, surf and shops of Polzeath. This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

Very close to beaches including, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Harlyn Bay. Padstow is a short drive away.

Jay is a Lovely 2 bedroom bungalow just steps from the beach , shops and restaurants in the centre of Polzeath. Brand new kitchen , shower room , bi fold doors and new flooring throughout plus new corner sofa. New decking ! Private parking and south west facing enclosed garden. Large deck with garden furniture and bbq leads onto the garden with summerhouse and sun loungers and painted interior using tones of grey and white !

Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within walking distance of the beach. The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike. To ensure the apartment is cleaned as per Covid guidelines, check in is now 4pm Please be aware that during July and August, we only rent the apartment Friday to Friday. Thanks

3 The Navigators is close to the beach being only 100 meters level walk from the villa. With luxury kingsize beds, comfy sofas, parking, hot outdoor shower & contemporary design, it is in the best location for staying in Polzeath. 1 - 4 The Navigators, Tides Reach & Waves End are all next to each other so ideal to book together with family and friends. Sorry no pets.
