House exactly as described in the listing. Well located, spacious and close to the main attractions of the city. I had some minor maintenance issues, but the hosts were extremely thoughtful and resolved quickly. Great choice for family travelers!

The experience was impeccable from arrival to departure. Upon arrival, the house was ozonated, totally fragrant, mosquito-free, impeccable, wonderful! The decoration and lighting are exquisite! Attention to details I didn't expect, such as: excellent books available for reading, coffee powder, sugar, spices, cleaning products, mineral water for consumption and a list of appliances to be the envy of any home, such as a coffee maker, sandwich maker, air fryer, blender, electric kettle, induction stove, incredible! Excellent smart TV, super fast wi-fi, several impeccable and fragrant bath and face towels. Mattress, pillows, bedding, blankets, everything impeccable and top quality! The place is peaceful, with a lot of silence and birds singing! A delight. Hot water with a lot of pressure in the shower and all the faucets, even in the kitchen sink! Sensational. Super fast automatic gate. Two air conditioners with heating, a delight!

Carlos was very helpful from the first contact. I went with my baby and he left a crib made up next to the bed, even though I didn't ask for it. Showers, bathroom, faucets, internet, everything working perfectly. Very good bed and bath linen available. The house is beautiful, large, super clean and organized. We went as two families with children and felt at home. The neighborhood is classy and very close to the center and everything we did in the city. As the house is located at the top, it is advisable to have a car available. I loved the stay and when I return to Pomerode I will stay in the same place! Indico with eyes closed!!! Thank you Carlos! The apartment is very good, better than in the photos, very beautiful, smelling, all new and very clean. We only found Neide on the way out, but she left the impeccable apartment to welcome us, smells and still left pampering and toiletries to use.
