The historic Noblett Lake built in the 1930’s by the CCC & Nearby Hodson’s & Zanoni Mill is a short drive away. So much history & open spaces to explore.

Welcome to Sunset Cove on Norfork Lake, a secluded 60-acre gated lakefront estate where modern luxury meets untouched Ozark wilderness. Wake up to sweeping lake views, spend the day at the luxury pool overlooking Norfork Lake, kayak from lakeside decks in a quiet cove, and unwind in the private hot tub beneath the stars. With only two other rentals spread across the property and 500+ acres of surrounding wilderness, this is a rare escape designed for connection and unforgettable moments together

Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

River Bluff Hideaway

River Bluff Hideaway is a brand new construction located on a private lane overlooking the Piney River in the Ozarks. The cabin is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. Whether you’re looking to relax on the porch and take in the stunning river views or explore the nearby hiking trails, River Bluff Hideaway is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. You may even see some eagles 🦅

The Grainery with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. If The Grainery is not available check out our neighboring Airbnb called The Silo Suite & Jacuzzi.

Bring the whole family to this 37-acre slice of heaven just (2) bends upstream from the White River confluence and (4) miles from Ranchette White River AGFC access nestled on Crooked Creek, Arkansas’ premier blue ribbon smallmouth bass stream! Fish, swim, snorkel, sit out on the deck and enjoy nature with this secluded A-Frame. If you have more than (10) guests, please contact host as we will always try and accommodate! We now have STARLINK WIFI for the best internet available on the creek!

Built in the late 1940s, The Carter Farmhouse will take you back to the days of milk & cookies at grandma's house. This vintage cottage experience is located approximately one mile from The Twin Bridge Canoe Rental and approximately a twenty four minute drive to the town of West Plains, Missouri.

Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….
