Die Unterkunft hat uns rundum begeistert! Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, und viele Highlights sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war absolut unkompliziert und blitzschnell – jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Auch in Sachen Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen, alles war super gepflegt und einladend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Einziges Manko: die Liegen am pool waren teilweise kaputt und etwas unbequem, aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm 😊

The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung, der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Richard war super und schnell. Die Anlage ist etwas schwer zu finden.

Beautiful apartment, very organized and clean, very close to the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos on Airbnb. The host is very polite and always answers questions. And only five minutes walking from the apartment to the sea. Under the apartment there are some restaurants and bars of different nationalities. I’m very close supermarket . The neighbourhood is beautiful and everything is close, I definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot

Beautiful interior, apartment was well equipped. At night lovely view through windows with lights from the city. Very happy with this apartment. Hosts were incredibly helpful, leaving guid of what to do in the city and how to get in the apartment, and where to park the car. I also left my headphones at the apartment and they were kind enough to offer shipping them to me.

We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. Es war eine super Unterkunft mit einer sehr schönen Anlage. Sicher und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Estéa war sehr gut und schnell. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Wir waren 7Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Mietwagen und haben damit Zypern erkundet, da das Airbnb in ein Dorf liegt war der Mietwagen sehr wichtig. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und gepflegt und was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat, dass wir frühs ein kleines aber reichliches Frühstück serviert bekommen haben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Το διαμέρισμα και η διαμονή ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας! Αρχικά η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στην Πόλη Χρυσοχούς αλλά και στις παραλίες. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί σε όλα. Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή σας και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε Steve και Jan!

Monsieur a été super accueillant avec nous, madame l’a également été lors de notre départ ! Le vue du logement est très prenante, ce fut un séjour très agréable 😁

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft und fühlten uns auch dieses mal wieder sehr wohl. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig und nur 5 min mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt. Das Café Koullas ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Tatsache, dass man in der Unterkunft ganz viele Früchte vom Baum essen kann, ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

We spend 5 days in Sergei’s and Markus’s apartment. It was more than lovely. Even they have a nicely printed book of intorduction, instructions and program guides included in it. The terrace is even better in live. The kitchen is perfect, we could cook and using the washing machine. Also plus point should given because every AC/DC has stickers what related to it, so turn on-off - you can’t miss (also the washing machine has english stickers so cou can pick your washing program perfectly). The bedroom is cosy, we slept well there. There are two air conditioner (Gree) so it’s moders and has humidity mode. By walk you reach 3 shops, many restaurants and the Coral-bay beach is in 5 min walk! Bus line 615 can take you to Paphos in approximately 15-25 min ( depends on how many passengers travelling to different locations and 615 goes to Tombs of Kings station, from there take 611 to reach the harbour - 4 more stops). Super schöne Unterkunft und wie beschrieben! Tolle Möglichkeiten sich draußen am Pool aufzuhalten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Schatten. Giolou selbst hat nicht wirklich etwas zu bieten aber man ist mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten an der Küste. Für Tagesausflüge und Zeit am Pool also perfekt!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

Ev oldukça rahat ve temizdi, hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık, mutfak araç gereçleri temiz ve oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgiliydi, her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Мы проживали с 31 мая по 4 июня.Квартира чистая,просторная,все что надо для проживания тоже есть.Кровати мягкие.Расположение удобное.Бассейны чистые и большие.Рядом есть киоск и аптека и ресторан.Хозяйка отвечала на все наши вопросы.

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

Beautiful studio apartment. Brand new and superbly located, especially for a lovely 10 to 15 minute walk to Kato Paphos, which means Lower Paphos, and is the harbour area. Couple of excellent shops very close by, for buying provisions for our stay. The service from Estea was first rate, when we did have a minor problem with the lock box. Marios taxis are highly recommended by my wife and I, and Marios is married to the agent for Estea. All in all, a wonderful visit. We will be back. Steve and Barbara McGuigan May 2025.

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos
