This is an excellent place to stay. It is easy to get to other locations and places of interest. Shops are a short drive away. The pool is a lovely size, I would recommend heating. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. The jewel is the beach which is a short walk away, it's really quiet, lovely views and nice walks, the sea is great for swimming. Only heads up is that we had difficulty following the directions we were given from the airport to the villa but should have just put the villa address into google maps or similar sat nav which would have been easier. We would definatley stay here again and really enjoyed the games rooms and all the facilities available. Thank you to Joseph who responded quickly to any issues we had, which were only one relating to a broken key. Overall everything was great.

Our stay was wonderful. The place looks even better than the photos. Nicolas and his mother was a great hosts and helped us with everything you needed. we definitely would love to stay there again!!! Thank you Nikolas

We enjoyed our stay greatly! Amazing views from the swimming pool and from the terrace! Quiet and peaceful place! We would like to come back again soon!!

Nice appartment . Host family very kind: Brought us homemade cake, cookies and also a breakfast plate on our last day. On the opposite site is a small restaurant which offers cypress breakfast. Always went there for breakfast.

La maison était top. Vue sur mer et vue sur le coucher de soleil incroyable ! Andri a toujours été très réactive et à l'écoute lors de nos échanges. Elle nous a mis à disposition un kit de bienvenue pour notre arrivée. Nous avons pu cueillir des fruits dans le jardin (mangues, figues, figues de barbarie, citrons...). Si vous cherchez du calme et à être loin du tourisme de masse, Pomos est un petit village fait pour vous. Une voiture est indispensable par contre (à un peu plus d'une heure de l'aéroport de Paphos). Pour faire des grosses courses au supermarché, il faut aller jusqu'à Polis (une bonne vingtaine de minutes). Pour des sorties en mer, c'est à Latchi que ça se passe. Je vous conseille la petite plage de Gialia (à 10 mn en voiture) où vous serez seuls au monde !! C'est une des rares plages du coin avec du sable. Il y a aussi à Pomos la cave du dragon, une petite crique dans laquelle vous pourrez aussi vous baigner sans être dérangés. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool is lovely, gets lots of sun all day. The views are absolutely amazing. Another thing to mention is the easy to use kitchen, AC, and other amenities. Some gorgeous cats come to visit, just make sure to close the mesh over the doors as they seem keen to explore the house! Also plugs are English ones so no need for adapters! Comfy beds. Extra pillows. Downstairs of the house also stays cool during the day without air con. Would 100% recommend getting a car as most places in Paphos feel spread out. 15/20 minute drive to Paphos beach, harbour, coral bay, and Paphos old town. Free parking everywhere. Local restaurant Militzia Tavern was amazing, would recommend visiting (5 minutes by car). Hosts are lovely, very helpful, and friendly. Overall, lovely clean place to stay.

Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszytko czego potrzebujesz do przygotowania posiłków. Wszytko działało sprawnie. W odległości 10-15 minut spaceru są sklepy, restauracja, piękna promenada i port. Jest to bardzo fajna miejscówka do eksplorowania okolic Pafos. Bardzo dobrze połączone również komunikacyjnie. Ale jeżeli chcesz wybrać się do wąwozu Awakaz, obejrzeć plażę Lara Beach czy Łaźnie Adonisa to zdecydowanie polecam samochód. Bez tego ani rusz. Polecam piękną plażę piaszczystą Sandy Beach w odległości około 7 km od miejsca zamieszkania. Poza tym najbliższa plaża podana w opisie to wg mnie nie jest plaża tylko wybetonowane miejsce z zejściem do morza . Poza tym wszytko jak najbardziej godne polecenia, kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, miły i gościnny . Polecam .

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at Villa King X. The villa had a mid stay clean with clean linen and towels. The villa information book is very useful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return. Car is essential as Villa is , in my opinion, too far away to walk down to Latchi. The hosts are exceptional .

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

It was our third time we stayed at Charalambos’s place. Charalambos made some improvements/renovation since last time we stayed there. So it was really pleasure to spend several nights at the peaceful lovely place. Looking forward to back again!

The villa is amazing, exactly as advertised with amazing views and all the amenities you need. Efi is great, always helpful and answering our questions before our stay and when we were at the villa. Efi sent clear, easy to follow instructions about how to get to the villa. When we arrived Efi had put lots of food and local fruit for us. So so kind. She also remembered my wifes birthday and came over with a cake! Thanks so much Efi, we had such a lovely stay in an ideal location.

Der Aufenthalt war toll! Es war wie beschrieben. Das Internet ging zwar die ersten Tage nicht aber durch ein und ausstecken des Routers konnte Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Die Lage ist super! Man ist ruhig und angenehm aufgenommen worden im Dorf. Einige Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt entfernt, eine Eisdiele und im Hochsommer bestimmt auch eine Strandbar. Man hatte direkten Zugang zum Strand aber man musste durch Felder gehen um dahin zu kommen. Im allgemeinen war es super! Es hat uns ( Opa, Vater, Mutter, Tochter ) sehr gut gefallen! PS: Man braucht aber für alle Unternehmungen unbedingt ein Leihauto!

La maison a les pieds dans l'eau avec un petit chemin qui mène en deux minutes à la mer. Idéal avec de jeunes enfants. C'était impeccablement propre et Matheos est très réactif. La bouteille de vin et les provisions en arrivant étaient très appréciés. On voit la mer partout. C'est vraiment un logement d'exception. Merci pour ce super séjour.

A superb spacious villa with everything you needed to relax. Beautiful manicured gardens with stunning flora and fauna which you could enjoy all day /night in the outdoor space whilst relaxing in and out of the huge pool. Location was very quiet and Views at the front /side were amazing. Bonus outdoor areas all around from a separate shady seated area to a BBQ area and the car port aswell keeping car cool! An all round highly recommended villa not just for couples but for families too as it had everything.

Andrey's place was perfect for me - not cluttered but had everything I needed. The location was great, convenient for pretty much everything - the airport bus stops right outside! They gave very detailed information so everything was very straightforward, no problems at all. I had a very enjoyable stay

We stayed here last year and returned this year as we loved it. The villa is in the perfect spot for us, beautifully located, semi-rural with fantastic views and a short drive to town, shops, supermarket etc (you do need a car if staying here). The owner was also extremely responsive and helpful at all times. The only downside is it is in need of a little TLC, some more cutlery and crockery, a few repairs internally and to the outdoor furniture. Having said that, we would, without doubt return again, the size and position of the villa is simply idyllic.

Apartament bardzo wygodny, czysty, w idealnej cenie. Basen oraz bar fajny na wieczorny odpoczynek. Okolica spokojna, unikneliśmy tłumów turystów. Jest kameralny klimat. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny :) Przyjechałyśmy bardzo późno wieczorem i nie było problemu z zameldowaniem, co więcej, odebrał nas z lotniska. Miałyśmy poczucie pełnego zaopiekowania, właściciel zawsze pod telefonem. Pod koniec pobytu ugościł nas w swojej restauracji, na jego koszt. Polecam każdemu. We had a great time, thank you!😊

We truly enjoyed our peaceful staycation at this beautiful villa. Mid/end April, we were lucky to have the pool heated, allowing us - especially our son - to enjoy our daily swims and relaxing pool days. All amenities you can think off are there of which the beautiful garden and furniture, outside gas bbq, dishwasher and washing machine made our stay even more enjoyable. It was very quiet and the views from the garden are stunning. There are many stray cats though who kept coming back to our house several times a day. Our son likes the cats, so it was not big of a deal, but perhaps something to consider. Would recommend and book again!
