Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Javier is very responsive, very good communication with good recommendations, the accommodation was perfect, a little difficulty parking, otherwise everything was impeccable, good cleanliness, we had a good stay with beautiful restaurants nearby. Bus stop less than 2 minutes away and train station less than 10 minutes' walk. I would recommend it 100%.

I booked the barge for my brother's EVG, which he wanted to be calm and atypical. We've been served. The barge offered us a pleasant and original setting and we were able to enjoy its terrace for dinner by the water. The hosts were very quick and efficient in our exchanges. We had a great night! I recommend it :) And above all we were able to enjoy a rafting activity 15 minutes' walk from the barge. Very ideal!

We spent 5 days in the apartment, everything was exactly as described and worked out great. Thanks to Alexandrine for the quick feedback. The bakery is just a few houses away and there is also a small grocery store 👍 The view of the river was really great! We spent 2 days in Paris. Was super accessible by train (25 min) It is worth buying a rechargeable card for €2 each (or app) right at the beginning, as almost all train stations no longer have paper tickets. After that, we spent 2 more days in Disneyland by bus (25 min). After the light show at 11 pm, however, no bus goes back. We have organized a car service via allocab. (€28) The TAXI would have charged €60 with bargaining.

We were very happy with the place. Renate and her husband were very nice. The apartment (and especially the view of the river) is very nice and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is just over 20 minutes to Paris to the Gare de l'Est with the P line. And only 30 minutes to Disneyland by bus. The train station is just a 2-minute walk away.
