Our recent 80 m2 cottage surrounded by a gazebo and a flower garden is fully equipped and suitable for all types of travelers: family with children, friends or solo. Very cozy and comfortable, you can rest, recharge & enjoy the superb view of the Piton des Neiges and the Dimitile. 1 km from all necessary amenities (pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, doctors, bank, laundry...) for a successful stay. A residence located in the heart of the village of Pont d 'Yves, it is 30 minutes from the beach of St Pierre. The accommodation is new and furnished, it contains 2 apartments, with its parking, a kitchen stay all equipped, a sofa bed, a double bed bedroom, an bathroom, wc, washing machine. A private terrace with outdoor equipped kitchen. The house has a small central garden with a shared fountain and hot tub available from 07:00 to 21:00.
