La Villa Lucioles est une villa Scandinave haut de gamme de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains complètes. Elle héberge normalement de 6 à 8 personnes (10 max). L'emplacement du chalet sans voisins arrière visible lui donne toute son intimité et un Jacuzzi privé est accessible à partir du patio couvert. Elle est située à 35 min du Vieux-Québec. Accès gratuit à une belle plage du Lac St Joseph pour les séjours de plus de 3 nuits en été. Accès gratuit au Parc naturel régional de Portneuf.

Chalet avec tous les services. Site enchanteur sur le bord d'une petite rivière et incluant un accès au lac Sept-Iles pour embarcations: 4 kayaks adulte, 1 enfant et une planche à pagaie. Chalet avec intérieur tout en bois incluant un poêle au gaz(en saison). Toit cathédrale au salon. Très bel endroit peu importe la saison. Pas de voisin près du chalet... Intimité assurée! We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful inside, very comfortable living room and bedrooms, kitchen had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the hot tub! We were a little hesitant being 30/35 mins to Quebec but it felt like a short drive and we love being outside the city to have some quiet and nature. Community hot tub and saunas were also great, immaculately clean and so fun to hop over to for another activity with the kids. Highly recommend this stay.

I stayed one night at Ginette's house and was in transit back to Montreal. Her dwelling is beautiful and spacious with a nice view upon the Saint-Lawrence river. She is a very kind person with which we spoke for hours, has good energy, is pleasant to be with and helpful at any time. I took advantage of her pool which is accessible and the following morning I had a very nice waffle breakfast with home made local strawberry jam and maple syrup. It's a recommended stay.

Beau chalet comfortable bien décoré, au gout du jour. Nous avons adore l’accès a la piscine chauffée avec terrasse sur la falaise et vue imprenable, accessible seulement aux occupants des chalets avoisinants - l’endroit était desert, a notre grande joie. Le jacuzzi du chalet était a la parfaite temperature, les lits étaient comfortables, la cuisinière facile a utiliser, les electros neufs. Belle fenestration. Nous avons eu une fin de semaine paisible et confortable. Le village est pittoresque et a de bons restaurants. Le proprio était tres engage, réponds rapidement et soucieux des invites. Bref, si vous recherchez la tranquillité et le confort, vous serez comble.

Nous avons vraiment adoré cette endroit, c’était ma deuxième fois 😌. Seul micro bémol qui ne m’empêcherait pas de louer à nouveau, c’est que c’est assez bruyant lorsqu’il y a une autre famille en haut. Nous allons y retourner assurément!
