Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

The newly renovated apartment is on the first floor of an old building. It will charm you with its different floors, exposed beams, bricks... With large windows, the accommodation will allow you to enjoy natural light until dusk... or almost! Located less than a 10-minute walk to most of the city's attractions (Camille Claudel Museum, theater, cinema, many restaurants...), bar/tobacco shop and bakery 1 minute away!

Stunning house with character , 10 minutes from nogent , 25 minutes from provins , 1 hour from Disney, and 35 minutes from Troyes . You will find a set of darts, foosball, Tassimo and a beer tap. The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with tv , bathroom and private toilet. Each room has a hotel door which also allows you to come as a group and share this property as a roommate if needed . ( ideal for workers)

The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.
