Apartamento lindíssimo, frente mar, pé na areia com três suítes e uma pequena dependência de secretária com Wc. Salas enormes e um belo varandão. Cozinha impecável com tudo que você precisa. O queridinho Paraíso do Atlântico dispõe de mini mercado, sala de estudos, spa, sauna, máquina de gelo, churrasqueiras, forno de pizza e muito mais. A área de lazer é incrível e frente mar. Todas as regras do condomínio devem ser cumpridas pois é passivo de multa ao locatário o descumprimento das mesmas.
