Nathalie's home is perfect for those who love to stay away from the hectic rhythms of everyday life. In the middle of the greenery with an enchanting view, stone house with exposed beams and equipped with everything you need. Having breakfast outdoors in the middle of nature is priceless. Nathalie is a perfect host, helpful and kind, he delighted us with a welcome cake and gave us many tips about the area. Highly recommended for people who love nature.

Renzo's apartment was centrally located in old Gubbio and very spacious and comfortable. it was very modern and clean. you can walk to either side of the city easily from this location. There was ample coffee and snacks available. Renzo was very friendly and went out of his way to welcome us, show us the apartment, and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely start her again!

We spent the last days of 2024 and New Year's Eve here as three couples with three children. The house is super equipped and clean, great for a "large" group like ours. The view is spectacular and you can also see the tree illuminated at night, as well as a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Giuliano was helpful and very kind! Highly recommended!

Very nice and comfortable apartment surrounded by greenery but a few kilometers from many beautiful cities (Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi...). Convenient parking and super easy self check-in! Tiziana was immediately available, helping us with early check-in and giving us useful information. Too nice and helpful: she also gave us their wine for the inconvenience (of which she was not at fault) that we had with our neighbors upstairs rude like very few others, who kept us up to shouting and shouting until late at night. A little gem that we recommend to anyone passing through those areas!
