Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. apartment 10 minutes by car from the historic center of Gubbio. New apartment, bright, warm and cozy. Very clean. Two nice terraces. Very kind and flexible owners on arrival time. Recommended !

Renzo's apartment was centrally located in old Gubbio and very spacious and comfortable. it was very modern and clean. you can walk to either side of the city easily from this location. There was ample coffee and snacks available. Renzo was very friendly and went out of his way to welcome us, show us the apartment, and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely start her again!

Perfect for relaxing in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside but only a ten-minute drive from the center of Gubbio. A great place to explore Umbria. Elena is always available for directions and tips on hikes and itineraries. The apartment is well cared for and breakfast is excellent. The ideal place to regain energy and rest.

An amazing super-authentic place in the middle of the Tuscan nature & fields ! The hacienda style accommodation truly offers a unique experience of the Tuscan country side. The accommodation is very authentic while also offering on-site restaurant with excellent food and excellent wine. The hosts are truly amazing and will go the extra mile to make your stay unique. The location is also very good as it is easily connected with main points of interest (i.e. places to visit, eat, etc).

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.
