The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

In questa casa mio padre e la nostra famiglia hanno vissuto tanti fantastici momenti, cene con amici e serate in allegria a brindare di fronte a fantastici tramonti. L'ospitalità e la condivisione di momenti felici sono la nostra passione e per questo abbiamo pensato di ristrutturare questa meravigliosa casetta per far vivere indimenticabili momenti. E' una casa confortevole dove si respira tranquillità. Il nostro patio con vista mare è ottimo per colazioni, pranzi o aperitivi al tramonto.

Il nostro stupendo e rilassante appartamento gode di ogni confort per ed è situato proprio accanto al centro storico all'interno di un piccolo condomio molto tranquillo. Posizione ideale per chi arriva in auto ( PARCHEGGIO GRATUITO SU STRADA), pullman ( vicino la fermata dei pullman). Ottimo per chi vuole vivere una vacanza senza il pensiero di spostarsi in auto perchè vicino a spiaggie, negozi, supermercati, panifici, bar, ristoranti, gelaterie e farmacie. It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Small penthouse (no elevator) near highway exit. The apartment is equipped with a private garage. The area is well served (bar -conad supermarket- pharmacy - clothing stores, stationery shops, hairdresser, bank. The apartment is about 2km from the sea. Fano is located in the North of the Marche and south of Romagna, so you can easily reach beautiful tourist places. Possibility to do beautiful hiking. Great location for a long trip stop.

Nella nostra accogliente casa si respira serenità e italianità . Il nostro meraviglioso spazio esterno è ottimo per colazioni o aperitivi. Siamo in una delle zone più centrali di Fano dove trovi molti negozi da alimentari, farmacia, supermarket e tradizionali ristoranti. Il centro è a 100 m e siamo fuori dalla ztl. Casa di campagna a 5 mn in macchina del centro di Fano, con 6 camere, 3 saloni, 5 bagni, e possibilità di ospittare fine a 30 persone. Giardino grande, percio nel verde, e piscina. La casa non è una casa lussuosa : è rustica e carina, antica, un po "vintage" con il suo fascino d altri tempi ed il suo piccolo parco. Si puo parcheggiare in giardino.

What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

I stayed in Fano with my family for 3 days and stayed in Marco's MaRi apartment and I had a great time, the apartment is brand new, large, very comfortable for 4 people, equipped with all the accessories, very clean, very convenient for getting around, served by restaurants, bars and pastry shops. Very nice Fano, nearby Pesaro, and all the neighboring villages. Marco was very helpful and hospitable. I confirm the full score of the reviews of all the other guests who have already stayed in the apartment.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. The only minor problem we had is that the oven didn't work, but Rosita has arranged to get it fixed and was responsive when we contacted her. Overall, I'd highly recommend.
