This was a great area and the place was cute and perfect for a single person or a couple. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Very clear instructions and a very very responsive host.

It was a wonderful location and exactly what we were looking for!

Julie’s place was a great find. Super convenient to the beach, quiet, and surrounded by friendly people. It almost felt like a little pocket world outside of Jacksonville—peaceful and relaxed, yet still just a short drive to everything the city has to offer. The studio layout worked perfectly for our family. No separate bedrooms, but the kids loved sleeping on the pullout right next to us. Julie provides a very helpful guidebook with recommendations. We enjoyed a great meal at V’s nearby—highly recommend. All in all, a very easy and pleasant stay. Would absolutely come back.

The location was perfect! A 10-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near a supermarket. We had everything we needed during our stay! The space was big enough for a group of 3 people, and the kitchen was fully kitted out. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the lack of a full-length mirror (but we were a group of college-aged girls travelling, so this probably wouldn't be an issue for most people). Kayla was a great host, and we would 100% stay again!

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

We loved our stay here! It was even better in person than in the pictures. Comfortable space, beautiful view, and so close to the beach. Great communication as well. We will definitely be back!

What a great place to stay. I can’t say enough what a perfect place for 2 people to be so close to the ocean and just about any store and restaurant up the street. Also very quiet. People around are very respectful and nice. Both the hosts were so accommodating and we were able to check in a few hours early. I know a lot of people just say it but we will be back!

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

This was my 3rd stay at this location. The place feels like home when I'm away from home. The addition of the mini split AC unit is helpful in controlling the temp in the unit. And Cynthia is always helpful and responsive. I look forward to staying there again, when I return this summer.

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

We had a great stay. Very responsive host. House was clean and in a great location. Close walk to restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and the beach.

My sister and I loved the place.Beautiful and peaceful,loved the pool was never too busy to swim.The bed and the pull out bed was so comfortable.I love Jacksonville and this place was amazing!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities exactly as advertised. The location was unbeatable — just a short 3-minute walk from the door to a beautiful beach with a private gated entrance. It was also only 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine, making it the perfect home base. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Great place to stay, we had a lot of fun. very close to everything, the beach, shopping and restaurants. the amenities were great and we enjoy the time in the pool. Very recommended and will definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

This place was exactly what we needed! Steve was so responsive and helpful. He even let us stay a little longer so the kids could enjoy the pool more before we left. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were also plenty of extra linens and pillows which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and we felt extra secure with the neighborhood being accessible through a guarded security gate. There are lots of great food options around. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for Father's Day weekend! Walkable to restaurants, museums, historic downtown, Castillo De San Marcos, The Fountain of Youth and The Lady of La Leche shrine. Being centrally located is a huge plus with the challenging parking situation in the historic district. Huyen was great with communication and the place is lovely. Back yard with patio, grill and hot tub was a huge plus!

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully remodeled Cinnamon Beach condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the bright, open layout, stunning ocean views, and thoughtful design touches throughout the space. Everything about this condo feels luxurious yet comfortable. Truly a home away from home. The kitchen was one of our favorite parts. It’s fully stocked, modern, and perfect for cooking meals together as a family. The living and dining areas were spacious and full of natural light, making it a great place to relax after beach days. And speaking of the beach, the views from the balcony are incredible! The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, especially the master suite which felt like a spa retreat with its soaking tub and private balcony access. We also appreciated the added touches like a game closet and beach gear, which were so convenient for families. We are already planning our next visit. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a great time at Brooke’s condo on the beach! Perfect location right on the beach. Nice spacious corner condo. Kitchen was easy to cook in because Brooke provided a lot of nice cookware and utensils! Plenty of plates, bowls, baking dishes and drink ware. This is the second time we have stayed at this complex and will definitely stay here again. Love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach!
