The house is located in the village of Rore, at an altitude of 900 meters, in Valle Varaita. It enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and is surrounded by nature. It has a private garden, enjoys extreme tranquility and there are a total of 4 places. Rore is a village with a rich history; here, there is a culturally significant center where exhibitions on local tradition are often held. The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site.
